In general, I like this network, I have already been to several cities, including the new one in Novokuznetsk. The service is standard, sometimes there is a feeling that it has been put on stream, but there is nothing to complain about. Cleaned up well, fed too.

Lived in Yekaterinburg at the Park Inn hotel. 4 stars, city center, cleanliness and silence, very nice room. I ordered and paid for lunch at the restaurant, but I did not have time to eat pasta and asked to bring it to my room. I returned, but there was no pasta) Over the next day, I was never reimbursed for its cost - either the kitchen does not work, or the hotel manager cannot go down to the reception to meet with a dissatisfied client.
