Good afternoon! Since 2002, we have been resting in the Yessentuki Central Air Center almost every year and, unfortunately, every year the food and service in the canteen is getting worse. The last time we were placed at a table with a dirty tablecloth, after repeated requests to change - it was JUST TURNED UP! ! Napkins are not given, plates with chipped edges, the menu is monotonous, not always tasty, only tails from fish (and where are the middle parts ??? ). Once in the ordered liver they brought a ball of hepatic vessels - rubber. After my remark, they quickly took away and brought with apologies a beautiful large piece of clean boiled meat with a side dish. So does it exist? ? Does that mean someone is eating it? Several times they gave frozen and rotten cucumbers (Shame!! ). The waitresses are replaceable, on even days - a normal polite elderly woman, friendly; on odd numbers - an aggressive, rude pullet, constantly flirting and pressing her hips against all the men, until everything cools down, you won’t get a call. But this is an isolated case (maybe we were unlucky? ). The portions are small, the husband and son did not eat enough. Moreover, these outrages are only from this year - before everything was different: tasty, plentiful, satisfying.
But about the bad - that's it. Now about the good: a wonderful medical base!! ! The doctors are wonderful, the rooms are cozy, clean, warm in winter (we stayed in the 8th department), the maids are neat, polite, linen was changed 1 time in 5-7 days. The service is unobtrusive but consistent. Magnificent mineral baths (the bathtub Alexandra Ivanovna is very neat, after her she got to another one once - there was something to compare with). Mud-dresser Anna Rudaya is attentive, polite and delicate. I was afraid that the pressure would jump from the dirt on my sore spine - 100 times it would come up, ask about how you feel....Well done! I really liked the underwater and regular massage.
I cannot fail to note the magnificent nature of Essentuki, fresh air, mild snowy winter, healing water straight from the source - beauty. This is what we were going for - to improve our health. If the management of the sanatorium manages the dining room more rigorously, arranges food - we will never betray Essentuki!
