I'll start in order!
We ordered a 2 + 2 reservation - a block number, in the reservation service of the sanatorium: "Pearl of the Caucasus", they assured us that we would be waiting for you. But when we arrived, we saw that 3-4 floors were being renovated, so the free rooms were tense. and My friend and her grandson were placed in a block room, as we ordered, but in the second room I was placed with a 72-year-old old woman. We went to the hotel administration to the accommodation service and what???? ? There are no more free block rooms (which we were ready to buy out entirely) And they did not want to move the old woman to another block (probably received a bribe from her) because she had already lived alone in the whole block for 2 weeks) They offered us to pay for 2 double standard rooms -which we paid and then froze. I slept under 4 blankets, and then they offered me to buy a 2-bed from a 2-bed room, so as not to add another 8500 to 26500 in total - 35000 and we would have paid an order of magnitude less for the block. But our troubles did not end there.
In our rooms we were just terribly cold. and went back to the accommodation service and already in a tough form began to demand living conditions for that kind of money, only then they provided normal living conditions. My room was simply chic - a family 2-bed, good plumbing. In a word, it is just after renovation. The treatment there is good, nothing to say, but you need to beg the doctor or put money in an envelope, vacationers shared their experience with me, but it’s too late. I didn't put in anything, so I didn't get anything. All the nurses who release procedures are just wonderful workers and the maids are wonderful. It's definitely boring in the evening. There are discos, but almost no one goes, there are always concerts - mostly classical music

It was an honest review, and conclusions are up to you.
