In early April, I will return from Kabardinka. We went with my parents to the resort complex Nadezhda SPA & Sea Paradise. Upon arrival, each of us had a consultation with a doctor, passed tests, after which treatment was prescribed. Parents went for massages, inhalations, they were prescribed special meals. The whole thing bypassed me, and every other day I went only to the speleological chamber.
Due to the special diet of my parents, I thought that I would not be able to try different national dishes, since in such places there is simply no right food. But no, in the cafes located in the territory of Nadezhda, there are dishes for just such people as my parents, and for me, a typical tourist, who is eager to try all this local goodies.
There are quite a lot of entertainment on the territory of the complex, but most of them take place, as I understand it, in the summer. There is a tour desk, I liked it very much on the Olympus cable car. Insanely beautiful nature and a gorgeous view of the sea from the observation deck (570 meters above sea level). We wanted to go to the Golden Bay water park, but, unfortunately, it is still closed.

I liked Nadezhda, but in the summer, in my opinion, it is much better here.
