Thirdly, the maid does not know how to clean at all (as she was hired in general). A used condom was found under the bed. We didn't get our money back. Vacation was ruined.

I called, booked a room, asked several times if there was a shower in the room and a toilet, they assured me that it was all there. We have a 5-year-old child, we planned to arrive late, we didn’t have time and energy to look for other housing, we arrive, in front of us is a terrible Stalinist building, an ordinary house, a dilapidated entrance, the hotel itself is located on the top floor, a room without shower and toilet.

All this is nearby, in the next room. There is no hot water in the shower. The sink with a faucet is such that it is difficult to wash your hands in it. Water from the shower pours onto the floor, although there is a curtain, there is no rag to wipe it all off.
The landlady on the phone supposedly gave me a discount. According to her, this room costs 1900, but it turned out that the real price is 1300, but there were four of us with a child, the night cost 1500 rubles.
In general, it is clean, there is a stove, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, TV, dishes, a kettle.
The manager is a nice lady. They take a thousand rubles as a pledge, or any document.
