The ophthalmologist of the NLPU "SANATORIUM" SUNNY BEACH "LLC" VOS in the sanatorium-resort book purposefully indicated to forcefully (that is, quickly, without a temporary break) to release three types of drops, thereby causing inflammation of the eyes (allergic conjunctivitis in both eyes), causing harm to my health and the impossibility of undergoing spa treatment. It should be noted that in case of an inflammatory process in both eyes, the procedural nurse of the ophthalmological office, as prescribed by the ophthalmologist of the NLPU "SANATORIUM" SUNNY BEACH "LLC and VOS, performed physiotherapy procedures (magnet with amoxepin and stimulation of the optic nerves) in both eyes, which was unacceptable to do. Further, I repeatedly orally and in writing asked the Management and the attending physician of the NLPU “SANATORIUM “SUNNY BEACH” LLC and VOS to provide me with ophthalmological medical care. However, I was not provided with ophthalmological assistance at the NLPU "SANATORIUM" SUNNY BEACH "LLC and VOS", which forced me to leave the sanatorium on June 20.2013 in order to seek medical ophthalmological assistance in Moscow. How can this be? After all, NLPU “SANATORIUM “SUNNY BEACH” OOOI VOS belongs to the All-Russian Society of the Blind, and it does not have qualified ophthalmological personnel. I also want to note that the smell from the sewer penetrates into the rooms, the service in the dining room leaves much to be desired (dirty dishes, uncultured behavior of the staff, cutlery does not correspond to the number of people at the table - that is, less than necessary for eating at the table). On the territory of the sanatorium, a building is being built and repair work is underway in the first and second buildings on the first floor according to redevelopment, accompanied by noise and dust. The beach of the resort leaves much to be desired, as it is dirty, there are a lot of algae mixed with mud in the water, all this is not cleaned for several days, and the beach is not guarded and strangers are constantly present on it, and therefore for everyone who is on the beach, including strangers, lacks sun loungers. From the above, we can conclude that the sanatorium does not provide proper sanatorium-resort rest for vacationers, but, on the contrary, harms their health.
