So, we (father, mother and 13-year-old girl) rested in the Stroitel boarding house from June 9 to June 22, if I'm not mistaken.
First about the TERRITORY. When you enter, there is a small shop on the left (there is a lot of ice cream, the rest leaves much to be desired, well, in general, not fantastic. It is divided into a food department and a department of everything you need for life - a little clothes, a little stationery, a little cosmetics, etc. ). There is construction going on to the right. After walking a little through the construction site, we see a six-story building. They, in fact, the main building, divides the territory into habitable and uncultivated. Behind this body - well-groomed. Everything is very beautiful there - the territory is green, there are arches made of flowers, all kinds of roses, Kineberian acacias, there is even a macaroni tree. Very very beautiful. There is a small fountain =) There are benches and very beautiful gazebos, paths. All plants are watered. There is shade - from different trees. A poor playground, consisting of four "arches" for swings (there is only one swing itself), a small slide and a couple of other pieces of iron with peeling paint.
The territory is not fenced, it is guarded by uncles in white shirts and black trousers. With walkie-talkies and batons. In the evenings, everyone is warned to watch their belongings. Apparently they steal a lot. Our neighbor's T-shirt was stolen. We, thank God, have nothing, we hung swimsuits on a string in the bathroom for the night to dry.

FOOD. Breakfast from 8 to 10, lunch from 13 to 15, dinner from 18-30 to 20-30. Buffet. Entrance to the buffet with a magnetic card, which is issued upon check-in. She needs to pass through a small device. Worth a guard. Drop your bags at the entrance. It is strictly forbidden to take something into the room. Behind the hall for this video surveillance. What do they feed. Cucumber-tomato slices only for breakfast. For breakfast, among other things, pads with chocolate, cereal, some other figulin =)) as well as bananas, kiwi, apple slices (dubious) and raisins, dried apricots. There is always boiled / fried / mashed potatoes. Cheese, sausage for breakfast and dinner. Also any condensed milk, honey, jam. Vegetable oil, butter, mayonnaise, etc. TOTALLY tasteless pasta, just disgusting. Even sprinkled with salt. Never take, take care of your nerves! There were pancakes a few times. They are VERY quickly snapped up, both pancakes and pancakes. Lots of salads, but I didn't eat any. I am a vegetarian, but others have said that meat is not very good. Baking - buns cut in half, very small, with chocolate, poppy seeds, jam, all sorts. Liked it, delicious. When the buns run out, they put crackers in the form of letters and a shitty waffle quality.
From drinks - juices for breakfast and dinner (apple-strawberry, apple-apricot, apple-cranberry, apple, apricot, a couple more), for lunch jelly, rosehip drink and something else, always tea (I have not tried it), mineral water with gas, very tasty, in bottles next to the buns.
There are not always enough tables. New people are let in when "the old ones sit down" so that there is no crowd. But there is still a flea market, and at the same time there is a queue outside the dining room doors =))
In general, a typical catering =))
BEACH. The beach is very close - literally two steps away. It is pebbly itself, but you will walk one and a half meters over the pebbles in the sea - and a surprise! Sand! )))) The sea is not very deep, the sunset is smooth. In general, from this only positive impressions. On the beach, people who make temporary tattoos are often located with an umbrella. They have albums with different variations of patterns and prices. I recommend - you won't regret it. Lasts up to 2 weeks. I made a small dolphin on my right shoulder, it cost 150 rubles, the drawing is beautiful, clear. Only in the first hour and a half do not lubricate! And after an hour and a half, you need to wash it with plain water. And that's it, and rejoice =) Tattoo is not prickly, but drawn with a special brush =)
There is a rental shop. I highly recommend air mattresses, both in the sea and on the beach to lie down. It costs 35 rubles per hour. Umbrellas, deck chairs, circles are also for rent and for sale. In the same place, at the rental point, there is a little bit of stationery, boulevard novels - books and many magazines. Nearby in the shop you can buy shell, sea souvenirs... as well as pareos, slippers, swimwear. I bought a pareo there, very beautiful. Pleases. In Moscow, this is 3 times more expensive.

The sea is clean, the beach is cleaned. Only one morning a lot of jellyfish were brought to the shore, but by the evening there was not a single one. In general, the impressions about the beach are cool!
ENTERTAINMENT AND EXCURSIONS. There is nothing special on the territory of the "Builder", only a book library. If there are unnecessary books, please hand them over there (it's near the dining room, in the same corridor). And then a rather poor library =) There is heavy literature, but most are women's novels =)) Women, girls, girls, if you haven’t read it, read Wilmont’s books at your leisure, they are there. =) Very interesting.
Right next to it, on the embankment, there is a Chebureki stall (there are pasties with meat and cheese) and a cafe (or a bar, I don’t know) Caravel. "Karavella" - nothing, the ice cream there is very beautiful. And generally well fed. In a restaurant away from the "Caravels" along the embankment (there is still a pool with a couple of balls) they are not fed very well. I didn't like it at all. Gave banana juice for orange juice.
Better than Caravel. There, by the way, there is music, both live, and simple, but very hard on the ears (loudly! ). Still, I really liked it. Near the Caravel they sell all sorts of luminous things in the evening.
In the sanatorium "Golubaya Volna" near the "Stroitel" everything is more civilized, our people are allowed to have fun there =) There is a cool playground with a trampoline (I did not go to Volna, but I saw it through the fence from the embankment), various sports with horizontal bars, etc. , swimming pool. In Pool Builder NO! =) That, in principle, is all.

Strip shows and dance evenings are held in Karavelle in the evening. The program hangs in the corridor leading to the dining room. For children, about once a week or two, competitions are held before dinner, games with small prizes =) During meals, the cultural worker talks about all kinds of excursions, to dolmens, to Laganaki, and so on. etc. I didn't go, we have the head of the family ( =) ) went to Novorossiysk on an excursion. He says they talked more about the past than about the present. They collect people on the bus from all the boarding houses =) The cultural worker will tell you everything. There are 5-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour excursions. And on horseback, and so, and on an SUV. In general, for every taste.
In front of the corridor to the dining room, they often sell all sorts of knick-knacks and cosmetics. Take a closer look, I found a couple of very nice jewelry there at a good price and a lip gloss that suits me insanely =) As well as a silver pen with a laser, a flashlight, a magnet, the pen itself and a retractable pointer. =))
ALL IN ALL. I liked it except for a few small things. For example, leaky plumbing (although plumbers were sent), linen was changed only once in two weeks... BUT everything was great! And the sea is generally just class!
P. S. Be sure to go to the water park "Zolotaya Buhta", it is a 5-minute walk away. Although this is another topic =)) And in the safari park. BUT NOT IN HOT WEATHER! My ICQ is 242310838. Regarding the water park, "Builder" I can answer your questions =))) The rest was good. Thank you for your attention, I hope that my review will help someone! =)
