I rested with my family (husband, daughter 6 years old) in March 2010. I went there for the Mineral Cleansing program. I took the Antistress program to my husband. Well, what will they offer my daughter.
In general, everything is not bad, but there are small nuances. You need to arrive early. We did not know this, and no one told us about it during registration. That is, after 5 hours of driving, we rushed to the medical building without unloading things from the car. Since all procedures are only until 15.00 hours and you need to have time to go through everything. Lest the first day be lost. The doctor, after examining us, sent us to the coordinator Nadia. I must say, the coordinator is a very important person there. It depends on him how convenient and comfortable your rest-treatment will be. So the coordinator Nadia leafed through her magazine and began to shove us through the available empty windows in time. I didn't like it right away. The procedures all went one after another and in a completely chaotic manner. And magneto therapy and sauna and pool and massage, all in a bunch. In general, after running through the procedures before lunch, we had lunch and finally got to our room. The rooms are all very clean (I went to others). Our suite impressed me in general, a semicircular bath, bidet, clothes dryer. Civilization!! ! Large double bed in one room, and a huge sofa bed and armchairs in another. The spacious bathroom can be accessed both from the hallway and from the bedroom. TV, kettle, all sorts of cups, spoons, a knife....A bunch of useful stuff. But! We saw it only in the evening, because. crawled to the room and immediately disconnected.
So recommendation number 1 is to arrive earlier, settle down calmly, go to the doctor, sit with the coordinator and think about the order and time of the procedures, and start treatment from the next day.

Another not very pleasant moment is that you live in one building, eat and be treated in another, baths in the third, a swimming pool in the fourth, a pump room with mineral water in the fifth. In the summer, this is probably nothing, but in the cold it was not very convenient for us to run steamed after a hot mineral bath. Tired of constant undressing and dressing. Especially with a child.
But one of the advantages of the resort is the staff. Very friendly, attentive and tactful. True, the coordinator let us down a little in this sense, although it seems to me that it is she who should possess, first of all, these qualities. The girls patiently waited for us, did not scold us for being late. If there was no one, they took us to the procedures and at the wrong time.
So by the third day of our stay, we entered the schedule, corrected the time of the procedures and life improved. But all the same, before lunch, we briskly ran between offices and buildings.
The food offered there is very different. If you eat according to the standard program, you will fill up. I had a cleansing program, so I only fed vegetables. A little hungry, but that's what I wanted. There is also a sparing diet. I don’t know what is there, but I think that from what is offered, you can pick up something. In general, the feeling that you ended up in an ordinary Soviet canteen, only the food is of better quality and more varied.
