The carpet was faded and bubbled in places. There is a round bed in the room and a pole in front of it, it doesn’t look bad, but there’s no music (we couldn’t at our best to install a stereo system number ???? , yes, at least mono ???? ) And in the TV set there are only 9 channels !!!!!!!!!!!! ! Further, their terrace - the view, of course, pleased me, but here is the terrace itself !!!!!! ! - puttyed walls, the floor is generally some kind of crap (the tile is covered with a coating that from moisture everything turned yellow and began to fall apart), there are 2 chairs (wooden) on the terrace, what do you think what will happen to them if they are not removed during rain (for a long time)????? , on one of them even the plank on the seat fell off (rotted), I did not dare to sit on them. The door to the terrace does not close completely Xia!! ! The lighting in the room seems to be okay, but the switches are 15 years old, they have already turned yellow. The bathroom pleased 5+, but the urn does not open only with a hand on the lid (told the administrator no reaction). There is a safe in the room - it does not work (also said to the administrator - no reaction - a smile in response). In the evening he asked to bring glasses (2 simple ones were in the room), the administrator said they SHOULD NOT be scolded for this !!!!!!!!!! . But the funniest thing - their MINI BAR - is small. a refrigerator pasted over with a red film, it contains water (4 bottles), cola (2 bottles), beer (2 bottles) red bull (2 bottles) and nuts for a fee = 1000r (although the administrator asked what is included in the price of the room she said - everything in the room ????!!!!!! )

Rested with her husband in Glamor on the Upper Lake. I really liked the hotel. Not far from the center. The area is quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast included, varied food. The room service worked perfectly, the staff was friendly both in the restaurant and at the reception. I also liked the sauna! We recommend to everyone.
