We rested in March, everything is super. Cleanliness, service, location, solid - 4.5. the interior in the rooms is 6.0, on a five-point scale. A very decent hotel!

The room price went up even though we were told at the time of booking that the price would be frozen for us. And she offered us rooms of a lower category. But she promised to contact the management and find out the situation. Because our reservation was the earliest of all. After a few hours of not receiving a response, I called back myself. The hotel manager handed over the phone to the apparent manager. Who told us that we would be settled not in the rooms we had chosen, but in cheaper ones, and he tried to convince me that these rooms were much better than those chosen by us. Then why are they so much cheaper? The manager did not disclose the reason for his refusal, citing that such information is not disclosed over the phone. . After my refusal to settle in the rooms offered to us, the manager refused us a reservation and hung up the phone, not even wanting to listen to me to the end. Therefore, I urge everyone to be very careful with this hotel. What if I didn't decide to check in? On the phone when booking, everyone was very polite and assured that they had no problems with the settlement. But in reality it turned out to be the opposite. Be carefull!
