I want to share my impressions about the rest in a small guest house located on the outskirts of the village of Yantarny, Kaliningrad region. I have been going there with my family for the second year. We go there in our car. Very friendly atmosphere, lovely hostess Valentina.
In the morning there is always a plentiful breakfast: fresh cottage cheese, scrambled eggs from homemade eggs. Everything is served and prepared by the hostess herself. The estate itself is located in an unusual place, on a clearing in a beech forest. We were given a whole tour, we learned many legends associated with this unusual place, which is more than a thousand years old.
Last year we spent ten days there in August, traveled all over the Kaliningrad region, visited Svetlogorsk, the Curonian Spit, spent several days on the beautiful beaches (the best in the region) of Yantarny, went for mushrooms, rode the Milka horse, participated in the collection of apples.

Rest in the estate is fully consistent with the promised promotional offer on the hotel website, all rooms are equipped with private facilities, shower, toilet, TV, which is not even quite usual for a separate building in the forest. There are fully equipped kitchens for those who wish to cook dinner on their own. But the most important thing is the silence, peace and tranquility that comes after arriving from a noisy city!
I want to say right away that our family has visited many places in Europe, and in Turkey, Egypt, and even Thailand. It just so happened that now we choose to rest in the "Russian Baltic", on the Baltic Sea.
We must pay tribute to the fact that our Russian service, although very slowly, is still trying and pulling itself up to the European level. Good luck, Homestead!
P. S. I am posting this review because I saw a lot of negative things on the Internet about a good hotel, and I felt sorry for my favorite place!
