We rested at the hotel from 01/03/11 to 01/05/11. The rooms are large, bright, warm, the renovation is fresh,... on this, perhaps, the advantages of this place of rest end.
The hotel is located on the shores of Lake Onega, but to get to the nearest store or restaurant you need to either call a taxi or stomp along the snowy streets for 20-30 minutes. In the nearest store, they are apparently familiar with the current situation and, of course, the price policy directly depends on this. We decided to hang out for a couple of days in the hotel restaurant, due to the busy excursion schedule, but it wasn’t there:
- the restaurant is open until 22-00
-breakfasts (which are included in the price of the room) had to be knocked out within 40 minutes with a book of complaints and a scandal of all residents;
-what was brought as a result of food is difficult to call (vacationers argued from what porridge, the options started with semolina . . and ended with rice);

- the hotel administration denied the restaurant, claimed that it had nothing to do with the hotel;
-when I personally ordered a pot of meat . . they brought me a pot, and on the bottom of which (overseas eggplant caviar), apparently just a handful of microwaves . . well, I don’t know, probably all the same meat...
Now for housekeeping:
While my husband and I were away from the hotel, the maid broke the window. Those. a huge gap appeared between the window and the wall... the temperature in the room was just below zero . . Instead of fixing the window or moving to another room, we were asked to bring a heater and wait for the master to arrive. Only after a persistent demand from our side and a call from the reception lady to the head of this hotel... they forced the security guard, at the dictation of the master (who, by the way, refused to come) by phone, all the same, to do repairs.
The most interesting thing is that the hotel staff (waiters, administrators) are openly rude to all questions and requirements, instead of somehow resolving the situation.
