Our tour started in Petrozavodsk. For 5 days we had to go around all the main sights of Karelia - Kizhi, Valaam, Solovki. First overnight stay - park-hotel Karelia. We drove for a long time, the last leg of the journey - the whole road is bumpy, the heat is +30, and there are no air conditioners. The driver threatened to never come here again.
We hoped that such a long trip would be worth it, but what we saw disappointed us. Former pioneer camp. The room is an elongated room with a window in the far corner. On the right side there are two beds and a stand instead of a dressing table. There is no closet, only a hanger on the wall and a mirror. Facilities in the hallway. There is no beach as such, 2 women were sitting on plastic chairs on the shore.
We must pay tribute to the nature of Karelia - wonderful places, the shore of Lake Onega, the purest water and wonderful air. If it's fishing, then it's probably right. One of our tourists has been going fishing there for years and is very pleased. Otherwise, you should think carefully before getting into this hotel.
