Spent 4 days at the hotel. I'll start with the location. It is located in a quiet place, there is no noise, cars practically do not drive. There is a parking lot! ! To the subway 5-7 minutes walk, depending on how to go, although the first time when we walked it seemed that it was far away)). Nearby is a puppet theater, both an old building and a new one... and a complex of wooden structures like a Tatar village where there is a restaurant, bowling, billiards... the rest of the buildings are in a deplorable state - dilapidated ((((in principle, the whole of Kazan looks like this. Upon arrival, it turned out that the room does not correspond to what was ordered (although they called several times and clarified it) - both in terms of area and location. We were offered another room (it's good that there was no influx and there were many free rooms), while they made a discount, although we had to pay extra, but acceptable amount. The room was a suite - two rooms.
Most of all I was pleased with the huge bathroom, although it is not clear why the hotel should put a bathroom instead of a shower!! ! completely inconvenient. Bathrobes, towels, all accessories were . . only the shower didn’t work - it didn’t want to turn on - they called the plumber - he made it so that only the shower worked))) well, nothing, there is still a sink)))
Of course, the furniture struck me... maybe these are new trends)), but putting furniture made of white boards - it feels like you are in the country... the sofas in the living room are already slightly worn out, although they are intact, the bed is large, but it is NOT POSSIBLE to sleep... hard... and given that the pillows very tiny - slept for 4 hours maximum. I don’t know how anyone, the second thing that strained my eyes a little was the color scheme (I understand that green, like all dark colors and golden roads for Muslims), the whole hotel is designed in dark green and yellowish-brown tones... corridors . . walls... wallpaper... carpet... bathroom - just wanted to sit down and croak)))). But 2 LCD TVs are not boring))) + Internet for free...

The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed was also changed every day, which was very pleasing. Used dry cleaning - everything is just promptly !! ! Well done…
We went to the sauna... the sauna is heated on demand 20-30 minutes before visiting... there is a relaxation room where you can order whatever you want from the restaurant . . the steam room is small but cozy. , 5 people will fit... The pool is somewhere 2.5 meters by 4-water is cool and VERY chlorinated... the only negative is that a lot of people can come to the sauna at the same time... they won’t push through....
Breakfast buffet. Every day the same set, but the choice is sufficient so that you don’t get bored in a week... I really liked the omelette and red fish. Lunch and dinner almost here - the prices are reasonable and cooked normally. The portions are large, for the first time they ordered a salad, soup and the second - they ate it, then they took only salad and soup . . The only negative is that almost all salads are of the same type (made from the same products only cut differently, somewhere worn, somewhere then cut in half, somewhere into several pieces... or pickles, for example, are replaced with fresh ones), some dishes are not available. Well, the main thing is slow service. If they tell you that everything wakes up in 10 minutes, expect that after such a time they will bring you only juice or something to drink !! ! Although such service in Kazan is EVERYWHERE ((((((
In principle, the hotel is good, but 4 stars !! ! maximum 3 - medium range
