In November 2012, they rested in the sanatorium "Krugozor" in the city of Kislovodsk. We came to this sanatorium for the first time, opted for it, despite the fact that our friends actively recommended the sanatorium "Victoria" in Kislovodsk. But we chose Krugozor, which we did not regret on the whole. In more detail, everything looked like this: Arrival What struck me right away was the meeting. As soon as we arrived, the security guards (a special porter) came out, helped to carry the luggage and escorted us to the building. Another first impression is a beautiful protected area behind a reliable fence. In general, the territory of the sanatorium "Krugozor" is just a song! Very beautiful and well-groomed. And although you can’t call it huge, very often we replaced a walk in the park with a walk around the territory - it’s very beautiful and cozy there! Alleys, sidewalks, flower beds (yes, yes - there are still flowers there in November! And in general - the weather was simply summer by our standards - dry, warm like in our summer), trees and bushes - everything is beautifully trimmed, verified - any-expensive look. Registration and payment took very little time - after 30 minutes we were located in room 406 on the 4th floor of the main building. The rooms are very pleasant and well equipped. Our room had a plasma TV, comfortable but narrow beds, a telephone, a refrigerator, dishes, chairs, a table, bedside tables, a rug, curtains, a mirror and a hanger in the hallway, a large closet with a safe, a clean and fairly modern bathroom, which had hair dryer, towels and two wonderful (just super! ) gift sets of bathroom accessories - gels, shampoos, lotions - everything is very nice and high quality. Treatment The attending physician is only visited twice - upon arrival and almost before departure. Our doctor was T. B. Holupnyak, a very pleasant and competent woman. The reception was always attentive and polite. According to the vouchers, we were prescribed mineral narzan baths, mud therapy, therapeutic classical massage, exercise therapy, consultations of specialist doctors and a set of general examinations (electrocardiography, sigmoidoscopy, clinical urinalysis, clinical blood test). In addition, we paid for an underwater shower-massage, ICS and intestinal lavage. The medical department was located in our building on the 1st and 7th floors. On the one hand, it was convenient, but on the other hand, it would be better to separate the medical base from the rooms - in the sanatorium "Krugozor" they did this in the fifth building. We took procedures both there and there. In the fifth building, we went only to exercise therapy and intestinal lavage. The medical staff - and in general all the staff - are very polite, friendly (there were exceptions, but minor ones - the worst thing is when they just said hello. But they didn’t even see sour mines and rudeness). The procedures are released clearly, they are treated with understanding - we took a walk somehow in the park, so the procedures were transferred to us and no one said anything - they didn’t even scold! They were satisfied with the treatment - the massage was done from the heart, for real, and not through the hand, all procedures were not only pleasant, but also well-healed - we still feel vivacity and strength unprecedented simply! FoodFood is another delight. From the first minute, the sweet and courteous administrator of the hall surrounded with care and attention - she explained everything, seated at a good table with a pleasant married couple of our age, did not disregard even the slightest remark. Breakfast and lunch were an hour and a half each, dinner lasted an hour. Our meals were organized according to the “menu-order” system - that is, today we chose what we would eat tomorrow. And there was plenty to choose from! Before dinner, there was always oatmeal pudding with raisins on a special table (very tasty! ). At lunch, in addition to the order, they always gave additional fruit, pastries or sweets, and sometimes ice cream. We abandoned the diet plan, because we found out that Krugozor cooks absolutely all food for a couple - consider everything to be dietary anyway (although sometimes there was not enough fat and spicy and then we went to a cafe - but this happened only twice in all 20 days - the rest of the time I just didn’t even feel like it, everything was delicious and a lot! ). The dishes in the order were almost never repeated - at least we did not remember this. The amount of food served was amazing. For breakfast, cheese-butter, main course (garnish and meat / fish), porridge, tea-coffee and dessert. For lunch - four courses: soup (oh, what kind of mashed soups are there! ), Appetizer, main course, porridge and a drink with dessert. For dinner, an appetizer or salad, side dish and meat / fish, yogurt-kefir and tea with sweets or cookies. All food is dietary, without excess fat, almost unsalted spices, sweet desserts in moderation. Everything was always served on time, very beautifully served, clean and pleasant, the waitresses were polite, nice, attentive. We went on excursions for the whole day three times and we were given a completely normal dry ration for the time of absence. Cons Well, in order to slightly dilute our ode to the Krugozor sanatorium in Kislovodsk, we want to talk about the shortcomings that seemed to us as such. The first is a few medical procedures. Still, for 21 days, 10 procedures of each type are not enough! And although we read (and asked vacationers from other sanatoriums) that such a treatment regimen is the same everywhere, we still think more is needed. Someone told us that more than 10 procedures are impossible for some medical reasons, but it seems to us that 15-20 massages would not hurt anyone. Second, linen was changed only three times in 21 days. That is, once a week we completely changed the set. I would like more often. And I would like prettier underwear, and not modern, unpretentious consumer goods. But I am glad that the linen, although it was quite simple, was clean - without any stains or anything else. . This is where the cons ended. For the rest - only pleasure, gratitude to the staff and a great desire to return to the sanatorium "Krugozor" again!
