But our stay here was crossed out by two fat minuses: repair of elevators and repair on the 6th floor. As a result - a rumble of drills and hammers for half a day and a long wait for the remaining elevators, plus crowdedness in the elevators themselves, like in buses at rush hour.

I think that the hotel managers did an ugly job: they do not warn that repairs are being carried out simultaneously with the work of the sanatorium. If we had such information, we would have chosen another time of arrival or another sanatorium. As a result, the whole recovery turned into a torture repair.
Therefore, my advice: before you go to Kislovodsk "Victoria", check if there is another repair going on there.

Everything is wonderful in the sanatorium: the attitude of the staff, the environment, the medical base. I would especially like to note the employees: they were met only with smiles and goodwill from everyone, although we see that vacationers are very different and sometimes behave inappropriately, but all employees have great patience and endurance.

Wonderful girls met us at the reception, kind maids kept the room clean, thanks to which we always felt comfortable. The girls who let go of the procedures always went forward when we came earlier with a small child. The chef is a man with a capital letter, such delicious and varied cuisine is not offered in every restaurant. The administration of the hall - Liana and Vika always helped us find a table, warmly met and saw off, the waitresses are wonderful girls who do their hard work perfectly.
Special thanks for the free concerts. We listened with pleasure to the classical music of Nikolai Ivanov, and then the child played the piano for 15 minutes, which he will undoubtedly remember for a long time.

It is convenient that everything is located in one building, you can just go up or down the elevator - and you are already there. The rooms are neat and clean with a view of Kislovodsk. You can walk nearby and around the territory, there are many flower beds and greenery. The food is one of the best I have ever had! Mom is picky, but even she appreciated the buffet. We were satisfied, and because a rehabilitation maintenance course should be carried out every year, next year we will also go here.

The doctor, unfortunately, did not remember the name and patronymic, literally put her husband on his feet. Before that, my back hurt a lot, but it helped. In general, the holiday did not cause any complaints. Thank you, we will be back again and again!

I really liked the pool - not typically large for a sanatorium, and there was also a Finnish sauna, seaweed wraps, a complete paradise for a young girl. It was nice to have a manicure parlour. The only thing I lacked was a photographer who would provide services on the territory of the resort. It hurts that you have a beautiful place in Gorny, I didn’t want to limit myself to selfies)

Received the ticket as a birthday present. The biggest plus for me is that what is indicated and stated on the site is true. The room is tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day. There are no comments on nutrition, everything is in sufficient quantity. I did a course of massage, baths, therapeutic showers, speleotherapy, swimming pool.
