A complaint!
I want to share with you about my vacation, which turned out to me this May 2010. I bought a ticket to the Kislovodsk sanatorium in order to improve my health and buy famous Kislovodsk fur products for relatives and friends. I have no complaints about rest and treatment, I really liked the city! By a great chance, I came across this salon and saw a fur coat that I liked. But since I did not have the necessary amount, I was offered to get out of the situation as follows, send the fur coat cash on delivery and upon arrival in my city, having received it at the post office, pay for it. To do this, it was necessary to appear at the Golden Fur Coat at the appointed time, and together with the representative of the salon Oleg, go to the post office to pay insurance, pack the fur coat and actually send it. When persuading such a deal, Oleg offered a good discount, spoke about a quality certificate, that he would give a guarantee for 1 year, a copy of the fur salon license, a discount card, all these conditions suited me... and I agreed. Arriving at the salon at the appointed time, I saw a nervous Oleg, who, grabbing a fur coat, ran away to another room. I, suspecting something was wrong (replacing my fur coat), went after him, referring to the fact that I wanted to first receive the guarantees promised to me, the certificate and see the license, he was obviously nervous, began to shout that I had become insolent, and ran around the room with a fur coat along incomprehensible to me trajectories. He was clearly nervous, it was evident from his shaking hands, stuttering, straying absolutely incoherent speech. In general, on this ill-fated evening, the following words poured out on me, that there were no such clients as I have yet, that with such a discount as his, I had to bow at his feet, why am I following him on his heels, that I, in fact not grateful. Slightly, assessing the situation, I decided not to continue our deal, and left the ill-fated "golden coat" out of harm's way. A similar story happened to me for the first time, I was very worried, and did not sleep all night. I appeal to you in order to be careful and never agree to such deals and bypass this salon. because they have proven themselves with a dishonorable boorish side to their customers. I really hope that the local authorities will pay attention to my review and take some measures to check this salon for the validity of the license and complete documentation.
