Terrible service, terrible attitude. We will never deal with this hotel again. Moreover, we will recommend not to contact this hotel to all colleagues and partners from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and EU countries. If it is important for you to treat you as a guest, and not as a one-time buyer, then I advise you to avoid any cooperation with this hotel.

Terrible service, terrible attitude.
We will never deal with this hotel again.
Moreover, we will recommend not to contact this hotel to all colleagues and partners from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and EU countries.
If it is important for you to treat you as a guest, and not as a one-time buyer, then I advise you to avoid any cooperation with this hotel.
In November 2014 I booked three rooms, the service was good, I really liked the chef. Cons: There was no hot water. But overall the experience was good.
Therefore, at the end of September 2015, I also booked three rooms for our company for three nights from 11/24 to 11/27. A week before the date of entry and on the day of the planned entry (already three times), they called me to clarify whether we would arrive. I confirmed every time, also in return I received confirmation that everything was in order with our booking. My question and the administrator's response were very clear.
20 minutes before arriving at the hotel, they called me and said that there were no places in the hotel! While I was driving two of my foreign colleagues to a booked hotel from the airport (certified by phone booking less than an hour ago)!
I did not receive a clear answer, compensation and any apologies. According to the administrator of the hotel, there is no fault in this situation!
According to a person from the hotel staff: the hotel made more bookings than the number of rooms. Thus, making a choice in the direction of quick money.
We will never deal with this hotel again.

The hotel was first of all comfortable and the opportunity to have a good rest. Very often staying in hotels, I could not sleep because of poor sound insulation, but here I managed to have a good rest and sleep. The rooms are spacious, bright and fresh. The breakfast is varied, and what pleases me, when I came to the end of the breakfast, I did not see half-empty plates, the line was generously covered.

At my request, they cooked a porridge for me in water, such care touches... Thank you! On my next business trip, I'll be with you.
