VERY cold in the shower. the heating radiator is slightly warm, there is no infrared lamp in sight. And the wind blows in the room. as explained from the common air intake system. and very hard - I had to work at the table in a bathrobe over a shirt and trousers. plugged it with towels - at least it didn’t blow away, but it’s still very cool - at night under the covers up to the very nose. the climate control unit is disabled. I applied in writing to the reception - I naively believed that at least a heater would be installed (it happened repeatedly - a normal exit) - the reaction was zero. Perhaps this is a design defect in general - the building is very old and is designed for a completely different heating principle. all the more, engineering thought should work, and not like this - "the engineering service said that nothing can be done" accidentally stumbled upon a review from 2015 - it was cool in the room - two years later it became just cold. and there is no thermometer in the room, it seems fundamentally. It turns out that you can live in a hotel only in the warm season. but still we pay for comfort, not for extreme. I was here in May - it's normal, that's why I came again. Yes, and take a clothes brush and a sponge for shoes with you, there is nothing in the room! breakfasts are decent, but used to be more interesting. the bed is excellent, the staff is well-trained, but this, alas, cannot neutralize the flaws of the service. I moved to Izmailovo - warmed up and washed myself, but I took the skewers from the Hilton - they are better there.
