Disregard for customers, work on the principle of "if only they paid the money" - this is extremely unpleasant. We will not return to this cottage, we will not advise such a holiday to friends and acquaintances. We travel a lot, and there is something to compare with, but we came to a private cottage for the first and last time. Now specifically. All the pluses and positive points are underlined on the site in the description of the cottage. Cons: absolutely boorish and arrogant behavior of an employee named Dmitry, acting as a supervisor. Firstly, he does not speak Russian, secondly, he broke into our house without knocking, and thirdly, in our absence he went into the house (where are our personal belongings), but for what? To use the washing machine: we found in it women's underwear of unknown origin. When asked to remove the linen, he expressed extreme indignation. He brought his friends to the territory of the cottage, solved some personal matters with them during our holiday. The guests and I are celebrating the birthday of a small child at the table with the guests, and suddenly we see men in family shorts, calmly solving their problems, as if we were not around. I had to intervene in this disgrace, which, of course, spoiled the holiday. Previously, the manager Anna explained that this character (Dmitry) is responsible for looking after the cottage and helping us resolve issues that arise during our holiday in this house. But we had the feeling that we came to visit Dmitry and he condescendingly allows us to be present in his house for money. By the time we arrived, the house was dirty, dust covered all the furniture in thick layers, mirrors and plumbing in the bathroom had clearly been deprived of cleaning for a long time, the curtain had been for many years. . . Due to the lack of a bathtub or shower, there is water on the floor near the toilet all the time, slippery, dirty. Well, the flies were flying around the whole house in "herds", all the windows were covered with cobwebs, inside the house there were a lot of spiders hanging "pleasantly" hanging from the ceiling in the evenings. But the most important "masterpiece" is the bed. Although what ALL the beds in the house were made with cannot be proudly called "bed". People don't even wash floors with these rags anymore. The torn, holey, hastily laid linen did not inspire confidence in us that it had even been washed before our arrival.... but let's hope that these are only our fears. To our surprise, we found that we were not supposed to have blankets at all: they simply were not in the cottage, not a single one !! ! "Why do they need blankets? " - Dmitry probably thought, - "after all, it's summer, and they'll sleep like that. " We were also deprived of bath towels. The dishes are dirty, you can’t set the table for a birthday with such dishes (fortunately we took our own dishes). The refrigerator barely freezes, a tiny trash can in such a big house. One roll of toilet paper for 8 people for 3 days is probably also considered the norm here. In the drawers of all the wardrobes in the bedrooms, some kind of junk is piled up - there is nowhere to put your things. The DVD player does not read discs, although before arrival they swore and swore to us that everything in the house was in working order. There is only one TV, only on the ground floor, in the bedrooms such pleasure is not provided. For families with small children: No baby cot or high chair available. Well, and an incomprehensible design of a pond on the street in the "barbecue" zone: not only a baby, but also any adult can fall into these trenches, simply by stumbling: it is very dangerous!! ! Indeed, there is a nice big lake nearby, where you can swim if you wish. But going there on foot (as company employees promise) along a busy highway, especially with children, is somehow scary. You can get there quickly by car and there is an opportunity to park in a paid parking lot right next to the lake. In general, we went to Rybaki in a great mood and expected what we were promised, but in the end, the reality disappointed us. Thank you to no one and nothing. And frankly, sorry for the money spent. For this amount (30.000 rubles for 3 days) it would be much more pleasant to relax. Well, at least we were lucky with the weather))) The rest organized by this company is obviously for people who do not pay attention to such "little things", who do not disdain anything and do not pay attention to the rudeness of people to whom they give their money.
