When we arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the 7th morning, we were informed that our reservation had been canceled, because. we did not arrive at the appointed time, which is not obligatory, and besides, no one checked anything before the cancellation! The administrator (if I'm not mistaken, Dmitry) behaved incorrectly and offered to restore the reservation at a price that was a thousand rubles more than we booked, as well as without a 50% discount for one day due to late arrival, arguing that it was impossible to restore our reservation , I'm already silent about the fact that we were waiting for the add-on to be added. bed, towels and stuff, although it was announced in advance! ! But everyone was very tired and decided to sort it out the next day. The next day, the concert continued, but after a long clarification, another administrator miraculously restored the reservation! So there are only complaints about administrators. In general, the hotel is good value for money:
1) is located right next to the railway station, and is also very close to the center.
2) breakfast is good, and the restaurant cooks well.
