suburban horror

We rested in Aniva in early July. In general, the impressions are negative. When buying a ticket, they promised: 1) breakfast / lunch - buffet, 2) swimming in the lake, 3) fishing. In practice:
1) There was no buffet, the food was brought as it is, there was nothing to choose from, but it is worth noting that the food was delicious. But if there are some individual preferences (for example, my wife does not eat fish), then problems may arise, then you will be kindly offered to choose from a menu whose prices are the same as in an average restaurant in the center of Moscow. When asked why a buffet was originally announced, but in fact there was no buffet, they answered that a buffet when the number of residents is more than 40 people.
2) You can swim, but I'm afraid that not everyone can. The whole lake is in bloom, completely covered with grass, frogs and other crap.

3) Fishing is prohibited (the fact that, on their website it is written that fishing is included in the price of the tour, they don’t really care)
Now about the rest house itself. The whole territory is teeming with gadflies. Ointments do not save, they attack in swarms. They bite very painfully, leaving red blisters on the skin. At first it was nice to get unity with nature, after a day they got tired, after 3 days there was no living place left, they bit the whole family, and therefore they tried not to go outside without a strong need (a good rest on nature).
We settled in a junior suite, of which there are only two for the entire building. The view from the window is on the roof (on the site it says that it is on the lake and the forest), there is no refrigerator (although there is a closet for it), there is no air conditioning (it is +30 outside), there is no balcony in this junior suite. The water in the room stinks of something, although on the last day of our vacation it was turned off altogether - why do people need water. Room cleaning is another story. For some reason, they start cleaning up the rooms at lunchtime, when the sun is high outside and all normal people come to the room - to relax.
The territory of the rest house is small (in the photographs it seems that it’s just huge), but it’s not scary, because in view of the presence of a myriad of gadflies, you don’t really want to walk around this territory. There is a rental of bicycles and roller skates, but there is simply nowhere to ride them. There is no security (with the exception of an uncle who opens the rope at the entrance to the territory. Some leftist people constantly come to the lake to swim (in mud) and no one cares about them. In general, it seems that the owners only had the strength to make repairs in the building, By the way, the repair, although recently made, but the plaster is already falling off, the carpet near the conference room is a separate attraction - all in spots, stains and it’s not at all clear what was done with it, but apparently the management really likes it, because it needs to be changed there is also a very colorful room - a self-service room. There is a refrigerator, an ironing board and an iron. There is also a washing machine dismantled for parts (parts are scattered around the room). So it’s better not to go into this room, as apparently it has not been cleaned since the founding of the Soviet Union. There is also a toilet in this room, which illuminates the whole room with its smell. dimo some fad on the part of saving electricity: it is dark everywhere, the light is not on anywhere, it feels like you are not going into the building, but into a cave. The service staff of the holiday home also deserves attention, every waiter in the restaurant is the “director of the world” at heart, the girls at the reception have a favorite phrase “the administration is not responsible”. None of the staff ever says hello, they say hello only if you need to say something, for example, that you can’t fish, that they are not responsible for a bicycle left near the entrance to the building (of course they don’t have any security), or that you have to pay for using the gazebo on the lake - in short, nothing good is ever said.

With all this abundance of emotions, it is worth paying attention to their prices.
