At the time of arrival, they demanded from a child 10 years old - 5.000 rubles per night (at a room price of 12.000), that is, two adults each cost less than a child. In return, 5000 rubles brought a cot.
That is, for two nights a child costs an additional 10.000 rubles.
They refused to bring the bed, the option to pay for breakfast with the child and for her to sleep with us was refused. The girl at the reception seeing my indignation (I have never met such a scoop) went to the manager and attention (!!! ) returned with the same answer!! ! We have such rules.
