Going once again to Sergeyev Posad, we picked up a hotel closer to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin. We found a small hotel "Kelarskaya Embankment" on the map. It is located just a 15-minute walk from the railway station near the most beautiful ponds and the Kelarka River, on the central Red Army Avenue in the literal sense at the crossroads of history: next to the world-famous Trinity-Sergius Lavra, around - the old city quarters. The historic building of the hotel appeared at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and was intended for one of the first power plants in pre-revolutionary Russia.
