We stayed at the hotel from August 8 to August 10.2014 for 4 people in two standard rooms, since at the moment the hotel has refused the improved rooms. The price included a buffet breakfast. When checking in, the administrator said that breakfasts are from 8 to 11.00, and since there are a lot of people in the morning, it is better to come for breakfast by 10.00. Which is what we did. But when we arrived for breakfast, we saw empty plates from cutting, sticky oatmeal porridge, one cheesecake and one pancake. Clean cups, teaspoons, black tea bags were also missing. Saucers for cups, as we understand, are not provided at all in this restaurant. When we appeared, the waiter did not take any action and only after our reasonable claims brought food and dishes. But when we wanted to pour coffee, it turned out that the water in the thermopot had also run out. With great displeasure, the waiter went to heat the water. At the same time, instead of an apology, he said that people were eating in front of you and everyone was happy. The last straw was the portioned cream that curdled into the coffee. It turned out that the shelf life of this cream expired in April 2014 (overdue by four months). Only after we paid attention to this, the waiter removed it from the table. But what was our surprise when the next day we saw the same cream on the table. We asked the waiter for a book of complaints and suggestions. After returning the book to the waiter, we asked for an official response to our complaint, to which the waiter rudely replied that he could give it even now. We filed a complaint with the hotel administrator, but she replied that they were not responsible for the actions of the restaurant.....
On Saturday, the 9th, there was a wedding in the restaurant, respectively, noise, and the smell of tobacco interfered all night.
I can say about the hotel that the hall and corridors are decorated beautifully with taste, but the soundproofing in the rooms is poor, if the windows of the room face the street, then noise will interfere all night. There was no mosquito net in our room. The key to the safe was given to us only when we asked about it, and not at check-in. The room is small and clean, but there was a layer of dust under the bed when we checked in. Trash was never taken out of the room.

There was an impression that the hotel staff is not interested in the guests of the hotel. I will not stay in this hotel for the second time!
