The hotel was booked at the beginning of June. Reservations were made through the hotel website and received a 10% discount. We stayed in a studio suite. Nice room for a family. For an extra bed for a child paid 600 rubles. The room has a large double bed, a large sofa, a plasma TV, Wi-Fi (with a very decent speed), a large bathroom (with a bathtub), a shower set (replenished every 2 days), air conditioning, a balcony.
Upon check-in at the reception received a welcome drink - fruit drink. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming.
The hotel area is not very big, but everything is compact and relaxed, green. There is a petting zoo, and parrots live in the hall, there is a sauna (free of charge until 2 pm), there is a veranda at the restaurant.

Meals are well organized. Firstly, breakfast is included in the price, the choice of dishes is decent, everything is homemade: cheesecakes, pancakes, slave, vegetables, fruits, salads, pastries, corn flakes with milk for a child, cereals. Secondly, there is an additional option (paid 650 rubles) buffet dinner. I would like to say that for such money you can’t eat in any Sochi public catering. Dinners sometimes took place on the veranda of the restaurant. Beautiful and very comfortable, as if you were in a European resort. At dinner, you can take a glass of wine or beer, several chicken dishes, fried pork, salads, vinaigrette, potatoes, and there are also pastries. In general, I liked it and consider it a good hotel with a full range of services.
