Rested at the hotel from 25 to 31 March, in a single room. Used the Detox program. I will try to separately characterize all the components of the holiday. The first is location. In principle, a secluded and not crowded place for this type of holiday is a plus, especially for those guests who come from big cities, like me. The air here is clean, the view from the window and from the terrace of the hotel is beautiful. There are no shops nearby, so there are fewer temptations for those who want to lose weight. The hotel is designed for a maximum of 40 people, so after a couple of days you start to recognize everyone by sight. If you wish, it’s not far from civilization, bus number 2 runs from the mountain to the city center about twice an hour. It would be nice to hang the schedule of this bus at the reception, as not everyone likes to use a taxi. The second is the appearance of the hotel, the comfort of the rooms. The hotel looks quite attractive, it is cozy, everything is very clean, rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly. Everything you need in the room is available, including a bathrobe and slippers. There is a cooler in the spa, and titanium in the dining room, so there are no problems "where to drink water". Drinking and mineral water is freely available. The rooms are small, the single is quite small. As I understand it, in the summer, people mostly spend time on the open terrace and on the sea. Since I was in a fairly cool time, it was a bit cold to be on the terrace. Although there are tables with chairs. Probably, warm blankets in the rooms would be useful and would make the stay of fresh air lovers like me even more pleasant. Also, in cool weather, there is a shortage of some kind of common room such as a living room, where you can chat or just sit with a book or tablet. Those who live for this purpose actually use the dining room, but this is not suitable for everyone (I personally do not like to sit in an atmosphere of food smells for a long time). Wi-fi works throughout the hotel, the quality is normal, you can watch videos and TV shows online. The third is the general atmosphere. I liked everything here, no comments, except for an unpleasant smell caused by some defect in the sewer system. The staff is very friendly and attentive, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere in the hotel is almost family, many come not for the first time. There were no problems with the resolution of which the staff would refuse to help during the week of stay. The fourth is actually healing procedures. I am quite an experienced consumer of this kind of service. I can say that the program contains the most popular procedures aimed at improving the appearance. What am I missing or would like to add? Probably some kind of laser cosmetology. For example, laser hair removal, laser rejuvenation. I would also like to go, say, for a medical pedicure. Of course, the presence of a Finnish sauna in the hotel would not hurt. In cool weather (and the hotel is all-season), this is not enough. Fifth - entertainment. In bad weather, none, except for the spa treatments themselves. You can walk along the track or pedal the simulator in the gym. Excursions are provided in good weather. You can go on foot or go to Sochi and find entertainment to your liking there. The sixth is nutrition. A very important aspect, since our people, as you know, love to eat : ). Meals at the hotel are dietary five times a day, with a second breakfast and an afternoon snack. Due to this feeling of hunger, you practically do not feel. Bread, sugar and salt are prohibited. True, there are salt and pepper shakers on the table, there is also a sweetener (I personally think that it would be better to replace it with natural honey - both tastier and much healthier). The food is quite tasty and fresh. But monotonous, and, I would say, uncomplicated. If you do not take the protein component of the menu (everything just suited me here), the side dishes could be more interesting. In addition to buckwheat and white cabbage, there are also such wonderful and completely dietary foods as brown, wild and red rice, green beans, pumpkin, cauliflower and broccoli. I'm not talking about exotics like okra and quinoa. I would like to see dishes from these vegetables and cereals on the menu as well. . The absence of first courses in the lunch diet is also surprising - during the week of stay, the soup was only three times! This is all the more strange when you consider that there are many recipes for delicious vegetable puree soups that are perfectly satiating and have a very low calorie content (from pumpkin, zucchini, celery root, green peas, etc. ). In addition, soups are highly desirable in the diet of people with gastrointestinal disorders, and I am sure that there are enough of them among visitors, the skin condition directly depends on the activity of the intestines - this is a common place. I live in Moscow, and Muscovites drink a lot of coffee : ). In addition, coffee reduces appetite. The hotel coffee is bad, frankly tasteless. I think it would be worth having a coffee machine in common access, maybe the simplest, capsule one, so that guests can drink quality coffee at any time if they wish. It seems to me that this would be beneficial both for the hotel (as a source of additional income from the sale of capsules) and for the guests - there would be no need to look for a cafe to drink normal coffee. Some fruit drinks and compotes from dried fruits would also not hurt. In conclusion, I will say that in general I am satisfied with the hotel and I am ready to recommend it for rest and recovery. Of course, it is better to come for a couple of weeks - then the results will be more noticeable. Sent from iPad
