After a ski holiday in Rosa Khutor in February, we decided to relax in Sochi. Stayed 3 nights at the Swiss Camellia.
Briefly about the hotel. Beautiful private park area with an outdoor heated pool.
The breakfasts are quite good, the products are fresh, the layout is also pleasing.
The room has a good sea view / Panoramic glazing makes it possible to admire the view from the window in an expanded volume)
Of the inconveniences - in my room there was no closed bathroom / You have to go out of the shower almost into the room. I am uncomfortable with such a sharp temperature drop, but I think that these are problems of the winter season / In the summer there will be no such drop.

I want to especially mention the customer service. During my stay at the hotel, I had some difficulties related to my health and my individual requirements for the room. Quite unexpectedly for me, I received very serious and professional support from the customer service. The hotel took my wishes and complaints seriously and reverently, I was touched by the humane and very respectful attitude towards its customers on the part of the hotel, which even in the off-season does not experience problems with occupancy. Honestly, I felt proud of the country. After all, until now, all my travels around my native country, all the beauty and soulfulness of people have been shattered by the quality of service, and I have always chosen Europe. Natasha, thank you so much! You are a true professional. And now I tell the story of our relationship with the hotel to friends and acquaintances, causing their genuine surprise. I am now a fan of the Swiss Hotel Kamelia in Sochi forever and recommend it to absolutely everyone)
