Ski resort out of ski season
Oh, those "May holidays"... The whole trouble is that we do not have a "hacienda" (I hope so far), where it would be possible to do gardening for the benefit of the family, or start a "barbecue" without health benefits season. And it's boring to sit at home all weekend. We urgently need to go somewhere. Having studied the globe and the possibilities of the family wallet, we decided to "replace imports" and go to Sochi for four nights. Moreover, tour operators offer surprisingly cheap, compared to self-tour, options for flight-accommodation.
After a successful operation to transfer the younger members of our family in the amount of two people to the Mordovian forests (not camps) in the care of grandparents, we safely reached Sochi, or rather Adler, and began reconnaissance, what was built and done there...
And on the very first day of our stay, we visited the so-called mountain cluster. We ourselves were skiers for the last time 25 years ago at the school stadium. And skiing for us is generally something supernatural. For curious non-skiers like us, it’s better to visit ski resorts at the end of the ski season: no one pushes you with equipment, and you don’t annoy athletes with your appearance in slippers in line for the lift)))
Here's what we saw. Do not judge strictly, not only are we not skiers, we are also not photographers - ordinary onlooker tourists. They looked around more and more and only sometimes remembered that they needed to capture something as a keepsake...
Since we settled near the Adler railway station in the hotel "Kaissa 3 *", we decided to get to Rosa Khutor on the "Swallow". The station is huge. Beautiful outside, comfortable inside. Unfortunately, there are no daytime photos. We always returned for the night to our hotel after sunset, but in the morning, as always, you rush to the next sight, not up to photo shoots.

Here it is - "Swallow". Comfortable train. I liked it - quickly, silently, without sudden movements, but... expensive per person to one side. And it doesn't hurt often. Because of what the cars are clogged to the eyeballs, the feeling of comfort and some respectability is lost

Here we took a sightseeing tour of Krasnaya Polyana, thanks to which we saw a little more than we planned. For example, such views

This is such a nice meeting place at the "Galaktika". As for the entertainment center itself, first of all, it is famous for its water park. So the beach season at the ski resort is all year round)))

Such events are given for me with the greatest difficulty. But I'm fighting with myself. . . To get to the very top (2320 m), you need to make two transfers at the level of 1150 m and 1350 m, which is necessary, first of all, to adapt the body to the height

The idea is great, but the execution is questionable. To be honest, we did not understand why they take money at the entrance. For the opportunity to buy souvenirs and study the menu of several restaurants? ! I imagined this place as a collection of small local history museums, but I saw only souvenir shops and bored waiters on the porches of food. Perhaps everything is perceived a little differently during mass events or as part of an organized excursion. We were already late in the evening. Those few masters whom we found by this time were already going home. Let's assume we're just unlucky. But the views are certainly spectacular.
Our conclusions: you can take a walk, but not for 300 rubles. per person)))
Well, that's probably enough for today : ) As you can see, even non-skiers have something to do in the mountains. Such adventures can very much diversify a beach holiday, and not a beach one either. We got great pleasure from the incredible beauty of the mountains, the neatness of the villages, the general kindness and joy.
