Очень плохой отель Very bad hotel

Terrible care and service!! ! Were in Suzdal for Christmas 2010. Booked and paid for three months 2 rooms, one of which is exclusive ("Favorite") and very expensive. Here is the patch with it. On the day of arrival, 01/06/2010, we, who arrived in Suzdal, were informed that other people were living in the room, and we could check in somewhere else! The manager of the hotel complex, Marina, kept us around the check-in for 2 hours and could not give any explanation. After 2.5 hours we took the money and left this hotel, but not from the city. We found a wonderful place, although at Christmas it is very difficult. The Khazyayeva of our new hotel said that this is practiced very often in the Pushkarskaya Sloboda Group of Companies. Whoever gives more money - he lives! We hope that this review will help someone not to spoil their holiday!
