Each room has a double bed, two bedside tables, a shower with heated floor, a toilet, two armchairs, a table, chairs, i. e. each room also has a guest area, which we especially liked, a corridor where you can leave outerwear and shoes. Our room had a beautiful view of the Alexander Monastery.
The hotel "Russian hut" is designed for a calm, quiet, family vacation, or for relaxing with a small sincere company : )
We can say one thing for sure, if we go to Suzdal again, then we will stay in the "Russian Hut", there is no better and more sincere place to look for desire!

One night's cold was guaranteed. Talking to Larisa and Vladimir - these are the people who look after this hotel, it's useless - the response is zero. But with their breakfasts on time, they told us many times. Specifying that exactly at the specified time and only 20 minutes is allocated for breakfast. This is simply ridiculous, since we are not in the army, but still on vacation. In addition, a small bundle of firewood is allocated - for one kindling of a fireplace, an additional bundle - 500 rubles. A thermos with boiling water keeps warm for a maximum of 2 hours and costs 200 rubles. With a room rate of 8000 rubles. per day, these requisitions are simply indecent and completely spoil the impression of living. Were on 2 cars. Parking was found only for one, and on one of their days there was no place at all. For 3 days the room was never cleaned or towels changed. . There was a musty and unpleasant smell in the bathroom - apparently it is cleaned at all once a month. Nearby, about 100 meters away, they built a modern hotel complex with a restaurant with prices less or approximately the same for suites. So next time we know where to settle.

Believe me, nothing more is required, a two-level wooden house simply breathes the atmosphere of the Russian, and what about the fireplace located right in the room, it creates a simply unique atmosphere !!! ! The hosts Vladimir and Larisa, well done, very polite, ready to help in everything.

Believe me, nothing more is required, a two-level wooden house simply breathes the atmosphere of the Russian, and what about the fireplace located right in the room, it creates a simply unique atmosphere !!! ! The hosts Vladimir and Larisa, well done, very polite, ready to help in everything. The Russian bath is magnificent, everything will be done according to individual requirements (temperature, tea), we highly recommend using the services of a massage therapist Boris in the bath, he pleased me with his immediacy and made an excellent massage!
For prices: we were on weekdays, "junior suite" 3500 per day for two, bath 1500 for 3 hours, massage 1500 per session.
Location: located right in the middle of Suzdal, in a quiet and peaceful place, according to us, it’s better not to think of it, everything is nearby.
If you don't mind the prices, we highly recommend it.

The house is magnificent, a very pleasant area for those who want peace (if there are no violent neighbors in the next room - and this is half the house). Although the soundproofing between the halves of the house should be good, the main thing is that they do not yell outside.
Friendly hosts, quite good breakfast. There is indoor parking for 4 cars.
Room price - for two 2500 on weekdays, 3500 on weekends, 4500 and more on holidays. For the third (I was with my husband and adult daughter) 1000 surcharge.
The house is located on the high bank of Kamenka, if you go beyond the territory and walk 50m - a stunning view of the opposite bank and the Pokrovsky Monastery opens up. To all the wonders of the city - 15 minutes walk maximum.
If the prices don't bother you, I highly recommend it.

We stayed in a family hotel near the Alexander Monastery - two-story rooms a la rus, the level is quite a three European stars.
The cost with breakfast (home-made cottage cheese is very good! ) - 4000 rubles. for four. The only negative is that two rooms, although located on two floors, are not isolated, which is ideal for a family with children, but represents obvious inconvenience for two couples.
The maximum friendliness of the owners, cleanliness and fresh air - in general, I recommend it.
Hint: by hiring a guide and a cart with a horse, you can make an amazing sightseeing tour of the city (2 hours is enough).

The house is wonderful: chopped, warm, bright. The room has hot water and heated floors (it's wonderful after a walk in the winter). Fireplace. Very good sauna. Delicious breakfasts. Hospitable hosts.

Planning to get to Suzdal for Maslenitsa, we decided to book a hotel three weeks in advance, so as not to look for free places anyhow in the last days, but to calmly choose where it would be convenient for us to stay for a couple of days. As a result, we booked a two-story room in the Russian Hut. The guest house stands on the street, which are preserved in Suzdal, probably from the 18th - 19th centuries. What is there to be surprised if in the search we stumbled on the street on the film crew of Mosfilm? They filmed episodes of the film about Ivan the Terrible, using the nature of the nearby Alexander Monastery.
The car can be left at the gate on the street or driven into the paved courtyard, which is locked. Parking is free. Our suite was in a two-story wooden house (designed for two identical rooms). Separate entrance from the veranda. Ground floor: entrance hall with refrigerator, shower and toilet, then living room with large sofa, dining table, TV and fireplace. And everywhere there is a warm floor (even in the shower and toilet), which is so valuable in the cold season after a long walk around the town. We walked in socks and barefoot, throwing slippers. The fireplace can be lit, for which dry firewood is stored. Wooden staircase to the second floor. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, rugs. The interior is wooden, decorated with watercolor paintings and antiques. Very cozy. Everywhere clean, bed fresh. It is worth noting that breakfast was brought in a basket directly to the room upon our call. True, we must not forget that after the call, the hostess Larisa is just starting to cook, so breakfast really came 30 minutes after the call. The breakfast is hearty and satisfying, we calmly walked on it for hours until two in the afternoon. I especially remember pancakes with cottage cheese and rustic sour cream. The room also has an electric kettle, tea and sugar.
The bath is also worth a compliment. Steam room with traditional brooms, shower, toilet, dressing room where you can drink delicious herbal tea with gooseberry jam. Three hours are allotted for the bath. We were there for the night looking.
They left with regret. Since the hosts Vladimir and Larisa gave us a chance to really forget from the city noise. We never saw our neighbors, no one interfered with us, although there were four cars in the yard. It is worth noting that noisy companies are not welcome in this place.
