We booked a two-room suite for two days (on the way home from Crimea).
Pros:
own canteen with good inexpensive food;
round the clock hot water;
swimming pool and playground for children;
booked according to the principle closest to the mud source. They worried in vain, because You can easily get there by car from anywhere in Kuchugur.
Minuses:
The rooms are very small. A two-room suite is a one-room apartment with three (two rooms and a toilet) tiny rooms. Four people can't live there. The site says that the room is 24 square meters. m. - cunning! Maximum 15 meters, not 24 as indicated!
The walls are thin, you can hear everything day and night. It feels like we live on the street.
Later we realized that instead of a four-bed two-room apartment (as indicated on the website), they allegedly sold us a triple one with an extra bed. It turned out more expensive.

They smoke right at the building (at the main entrance to the territory of the base). They asked to remove the smoking room so as not to poison the children. To no avail. Young people gather on these same benches at night. Until you disperse they will not leave. The guards are for show only.
At 6:30 in the morning, loud-speaking coaches drive the kids out of the camp to exercise. and this is despite the daily routine (before 9 am do not make noise).
There is nowhere to dry things. I had to take chairs outside and hang clothes there.
There is no 24/7 reception desk. At night it is impossible to solve a single urgent issue. We forgot to put an extra pillow for the younger one. I had to wait until morning. I have never seen this (lack of administrator) in any hotel, especially where so many people live.
