We booked the hotel in advance by phone. My wife and I were driving from Moscow to Novomikhailovsky and specially planned everything in such a way that we would arrive in the city itself early in the morning, as there were traffic jams on the roads.
So we arrived there at 11 o'clock, although we knew that we would be settled by 14 o'clock. The plan was to leave the car in the hotel parking lot and go for a bite to eat and drink beer, as the road is very long and we are unrealistically tired! We found this hotel. At the entrance there was a sign with the name of the hotel. We moved it and wanted to park. But here an unpleasant situation awaited us. The administrator Svetlana immediately ran out and with an arrogant look told us to vacate the territory of the hotel, since they supposedly park guests by car from 12-30 no earlier. Allegedly, the guests who are leaving will free up places, but just a minute, here you have free places, not one or two. No, that's all! ! well, we thought it was a bid for success and went to look for a place outside the territory.
Closer to 14, we already came to check in, they kindly pushed back the plastic chair that occupied the parking lot (by the way, it was in the same place when we arrived) it's just probably a fundamental decision !!! ! Posted right away!

About the rooms. We lived in 2 rooms with wine on the mountain and on the sea! We wanted to go to the sea right away, but there were no free ones, I had to live in another for 2 days. So after you take a shower on the floor there is a huge puddle of water and it's not just a puddle, but really a whole flood. And this is how we understood it in all the rooms, since in those rooms where we lived, it was also with the comrades from the next room (they solve this issue simply, they throw an ordinary towel, but this does not help at all (note to the owners) !! ! On the balcony there is a plastic table that probably has never been wiped by anyone in life. But the air conditioner and refrigerator work perfectly! Large comfortable bed and a TV that catches several channels. WI-FI only in the lobby.
About the staff. During our vacation, 2 administrators Svetlana and Tatyana Matveevna worked. So these 2 women are absolutely unskilled and create the feeling of some kind of concentration camp!! ! For you to understand, you can’t drink beer near the pool! I wanted to raise an umbrella "you can not raise an umbrella" I myself will come and raise it !! ! Walking wet You can't "what should we go after you to wipe? " jumping into the pool for children is not allowed and this is a small part of what is not allowed! What is allowed?? ? You can lie quietly and read a book! Perhaps after reading our review, the owners of the hotel would draw conclusions about the staff, but they themselves adhere to the same policy. Is it hard to say with a smile, let me raise an umbrella or something? After all, I came to you to rest, and not to be built!! ! In general, for us personally, this seriously spoiled the impression of this institution, and not only us, the guys we met were also shocked by this approach. And another family, but these are only those with whom we communicated, although I think there were many more dissatisfied people !!!
We booked a gazebo! at the back of the hotel there are 3 or 4 pavilions and one brazier for everyone where it is scheduled on time for whom and how much you can use it. By the way, we still had acquaintances in another hotel, we wanted to fry barbecue with them in the gazebo to relax. So the administrator said that at first it was forbidden only to guests. Then I wanted 500 rubles per person, motivating them to swim in the pool and walk around the territory, and in the end, they just let it go when they explained to her that we were going to fry meat in the gazebo and that's it. Exactly at 23-00 she jumped up and with the words "so let's get together the pavilions are closed"!! ! Of course, we knew that they warned us before 23, but we could not even think that at exactly 23-00 (not at least 10 minutes) the administrator would come to us and how the schoolchildren would scold that we had not gathered. At first, we politely asked to give us 20-30 minutes, we’ll calmly eat up, get ready and leave since you basically don’t allow us to sit here. Perhaps they are worried about the guests whose balconies overlook the gazebos, but there is a fairly decent distance to the balconies of about 20-30 meters and trees. Although people sitting on the next balcony can break the silence more than us (we were sitting extremely quietly)! So no stood over us and watched as we were about to make a fuss. Of course, we didn’t like it either and we began to resent, but what can we say under the degree, but here it is. She threatened to evict all of us in the morning because we were outraged! Is this normal behavior for a hotel administrator?? ? What was the first thing she did when they started arguing? she kicked out the guests like puppies . . not by force, of course, just in expressions, she was not shy about whoever wants to sit and listen to this to people aged 30-40, and here they are scolded, and even for what! The guard guy tried to smooth over the situation and tried to take him away to calm the administrator, he wanted to resolve the conflict amicably, but it wasn’t there !!! ! Madam started. Well, in the morning I went with a disgruntled face. nose turned up!
In the end, of course, we went to carefully check the room and returned the deposit.

Of course, maybe there is nothing criminal in this! And in principle, this hotel could be one of the best in this city if the owners hire competent, qualified staff! Who knows how to work with people, not just anyone. In the meantime, the price of your hotel should be much lower. And since you take this money, at least train your staff in good manners!!!
My wife and I would never recommend this place to any of our friends. We had a very bad impression....
