but this is not true. . . even funny. . there is not even a little bit of truth. . the rooms are dirty and moldy. . . head. director , bella, reacts very angrily to the remarks of vacationers. . . food. . " buffet" loudly said... at 9:00 breakfast... until 10:00, but at 9:15 " buffet" it's already empty. . . vacationers have to get up early to queue up and " snatch a piece" early... otherwise you will not get anything . . very poor food... huge plates are placed, but nothing is present in them... the staff is not trained in the most elementary rules... politeness and accuracy... you do not have time to finish eating or drinking. . like right there plates and glasses " waitresses" they snatch it up and rush to the dishwasher. . . because there are not enough dishes. . . butter must be constantly begged for porridge. . . and the porridge is boiled in water and painted over with milk. . it turns out " milky-watery suspension"... porridge is hard to call it. . if pancakes are served for breakfast. . . then only stuffed and cut in half. . . to make it seem bigger. . . also sausages or sausages are also cut into 3 parts and they are served in a very limited form . . people are forced to shove everyone and grab them... otherwise they won’t get drinks, they are also very limited in quantity... the containers are always empty . . we haven’t seen vegetables for 2 weeks... except for cucumbers, bell peppers and the tomato was all thinly sliced ​ ​ and in small quantities... there’s nothing to say about fruits at all . . except for bananas and apples there was nothing . . yogurt was served for breakfast only 1 carafe... and for all vacationers only 1.5 liters . . who had time... he poured himself a drink... every day there were fried eggs, open pasta . . if they took out fried potatoes or boiled potatoes... people instantly snatched it all up . . pushing each other . . administrator Yulia is not competent in her profession . . just sat at her table and demanded blue from everyone some coupons with payment for food . . I don’t know if the professionals cooked in the kitchen? but sometimes there was nothing to eat or it was not possible to eat what was on the " buffet" soup bowls stood with lids torn off . . and there was no place to put them... because you need to hold a plate with one hand and draw water " soup" with the other!
there are a lot of minuses tables in the dining room are close to each other and there are no aisles to get to your table . . since the administrator assigns a table with a number for each vacationer and you can’t sit down there... where you would like yourself . .

" beach" ! looks like a dump. . a real dump. . and no one cares about this " beach"

when I told the director of the boarding house about this garbage dump... so he, as it were, after the order gave the go-ahead... and the " beach" was a little tidied up. . . and a couple of garbage containers were delivered . . which is taken out 1-2 times a week, and the rest of the time we breathed the stench at an air temperature of + 35-40 degrees. beds in a very dirty form are closed in an iron closet . . and you come and give the resort card and then only you have the right to take this bed and drag it on your hump to the beach... and then you must return it before 20:00, since the closet closes... the canopy from the sun is only 5 meters . . so people are hiding there like ants . . there are no umbrellas from the sun and there are no conditions either . . and the money they take is not even small for paying " there is a description of the boarding house on the Internet... and there is no 10% of the truth... one thing pleases the very polite administrator Nastya... she tries to please everyone and come up with something... to create some more or less conditions for relaxation and light, the masseuse is also great! The massage does with all my heart 100%... I also want to say thank you to Ekaterina Nikolaevna for her friendliness and politeness !! ! there is nothing more to brag about. all or many vacationers are very outraged by everything that happens in the boarding house . . but everyone is afraid to say or write something... why is it not known.....
a big request to the administration of the boarding house to listen to vacationers and change something... otherwise people will stop coming to you...
