From the side of the administration it was offered for a while, while our room is being cleaned, to move into another one - we agreed. And it was a big mistake on our part: a collapsed sofa awaited us from the road, turned out sockets, tufts of hair on the carpet and "cherry on the cake" a terrible stench from the shower, No!! ! it didn’t just stink there, there was a feeling that someone had died there, and it had decomposed a very long time ago. In addition, we were put into a stopper by the canteen, in which there is a fight for a place where you can eat, the place is tied only for 15 minutes, if you are late in eating, then the second shift sits on your head, so, as we understand, you need to drink the soup while standing, and quickly chew standing cutlet. And the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. . Dear administration, change the COOK! You can’t eat THIS! Having dined in this way, and finally wanting to stretch out on the bed in your room after the road, we came to the administration at 14:30 and again our room was not ready. Of course, the area is large and you can walk around. At 15:00 we finally checked into the room (moved)! And another horror awaited us for 10.000 rubles a day: an uncleaned room, a folding bed and a folding chair, we also add the smell of moisture-soaked furniture made of chipboard and mold, a refrigerator locked with a lock from which no one has a key. We went here with a desire to improve our health and do procedures, but since the free procedures include only an oxygen cocktail and phyto tea, which is issued strictly on time and on weekends the phyto bar does not work, we only have paid procedures left, I paid for a complex of massages for family members, but …. . we were refused to do it, citing a heavy workload, the money is not returned, so we had to replace it with a hot tub. From visiting this hot tub, which they imposed on us, it became even worse, the sensations are indescribable - 5 minutes of lying in cold water with gurgling, which remained after my wife visited the bath, so as not to change the water, all the same, all the same..... We were asked 20 times if the procedures were paid for, and prove it, show all invoices. We immediately realized that it was impossible to part with checks in any case, because then you can’t prove anything! The 21st century has not looked into this institution yet !!! ! And the administration, because of its ignorance, strains vacationers with bureaucracy, as in free clinics and hospitals....although it would seem - a big word: "Sanatorium of Russian Railways" !!! ! If we return to the culinary art of cooks: they cut a banana into 6 parts, serve cold fried eggs, cloudy soup from yesterday's finely chopped sausages, cutlets from it is not clear what kind of meat, boiled pasta, everything is superimposed on baking sheets in a very, very thin layer, but !! ! people are not embarrassed by this, they are like zombies standing in line and literally pulling out from under your arm 3 seconds ago laid out culinary perversions of local chefs. These food experiments are best done on dogs, not humans. And I don’t know how this resort even earned “3 stars” It’s hard to describe the trip to the sea. Firstly, it is not possible to find a passage to the sea on your own, it is good that people tell you where to turn. Secondly, physically, it is very labor-intensive and inconvenient! I have nothing against steps, but the stairs are very steep. The road to the sea is not ennobled, there are impenetrable thickets around, it is very scary to go in the evening! It is better to take some food with you to the beach, because if you go to the beach, then for a long time, everything is because of the stairs and there is nothing there except for pebbles and sea water. The pool and water slides are the only plus of the sanatorium, you don’t have to walk up these stairs to the sea. The local cafe opens closer to 21:00 from an assortment of soft drinks, barbecue, ice cream (it is better to refrain from purchasing) children do not rest much, so most likely the stock is made thoroughly and sold out for several years, you are guaranteed poisoning, my child got sick all day from eating such ice cream ! Probably for reasons of the administration that we arrived for 2 days - the room was not cleaned at all, the request to clean was ignored. The most interesting thing is that according to the rules of the institution, (so that we don’t seem to rest too much) should be at 7:00 in the morning !!!! , but the administrator kindly allowed us to check out at 9:00. Whatever we forgot and remembered for sure, we got a call at 23:00!!! ! with a question, are we going to move out at the appointed time, because they need to urgently prepare a room for new vacationers! Dear administration, but you delayed our check-in until 15:00, is that normal? Exactly at 9:00 am on the day of departure there was a knock on the door with a request to leave the territory. Of course, you could have breakfast to stay for about 350 rubles. for 4 people it is 1400r. I assure you for this amount you can have a much tastier breakfast outside the resort. I hope the review will be useful to everyone who is going to choose a vacation for their money. Because if you get a ticket, and there is no choice - I'm sorry for you (try to choose another place). We had a deluxe room with two balconies under the canopy. The view is gorgeous, but there was a nest of hornets in the visor of the roof! In response to this, the accommodation service said that they would send a specialist (reference - 5 hornet bites are fatal for a healthy adult, one may be enough for a child). During the day in the heat, these flying bulls hid in their homes, and in the morning and evening, when we opened the windows to air the rooms, they tried to fly into the room. In the profile of the kitchen window, the husband found cocoons of hatched offspring abandoned by hornets (photo attached). On the third day, the Chief Engineer came to us with a can of DICHLOFOS! With Dichlorvos against hornets!! ! On the fourth day, when in the evening one of the individuals stubbornly beat on the window of the room, I wrote an application to the accommodation service. Only after that, on the fifth day, we were moved to another building. . But even here the insects did not keep themselves waiting - small ants tried to climb on grapes, biscuits, and tea. After another 4 days, problems with water began. Either we were forced to wash off the sea salt with boiling water, then cold water. The food at the resort leaves much to be desired. All meat products are abundantly supplied with pepper. Fruits at the end of summer were served unripe - green-sour. I recommend this resort to fans of extreme relaxation!
