Recently traveled to Tula on a business trip, stayed for a couple of days in this hotel. In general, the impression is not bad, the room is well renovated, comfortable, the maid cleaned and brought new shampoos / soaps every day. Didn't hear any noise at night, slept well. Hotel EUROPE Russia, Tula. st. Boldin 45 - 2nd floor Very bad! The hotel is probably designed to spend time in the company of employees of a nightclub located on the ground floor. I checked in on 04/16/2015, for a day. Even though I paid in cash, they took away my passport. Couldn't sleep, music was coming from the first floor.

The hotel is probably designed to spend time in the company of employees of a nightclub located on the ground floor.
I checked in on 04/16/2015, for a day. Even though I paid in cash, they took away my passport.
Couldn't sleep, music was coming from the first floor.
By 7 am there was no water (cold). To the question: why is there no water? The administrator answered: - the pipes are clogged, I'll call someone. The water was given for 2 minutes cold (it was hot). As it turned out later, some residents managed to lather themselves, and then they had to wash themselves with boiling water. In general, it was not possible to wash, which was very upsetting.
After that, he began to pay attention to everything else.
The breakfast is disgusting except for cheesecakes, the scrambled eggs were, it seems, the day before yesterday and warmed up in the microwave.
Chose this hotel because I didn't read the reviews. The rating, apparently, is based on the reviews of the employees themselves.
In a word, WASTE!
Do not check into this hotel if you do not want a headache and a bad mood for the whole day.
