Housekeeping leaves much to be desired (garbage is taken out, the rest is not noticed: I dropped a plastic cup on the floor - it lay for 3 days). New Year's banquet - horror: for 4 people 1 tangerine and 3 slices of pear, cold cuts on 1 plate, 1 salad - and this is for 3500! The program started with a delay of 40 minutes, Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden did not wait. It was clearly visible only to those who were sitting in front of the stage (they sell a mandatory banquet, and the best places are snapped up by those who did not book the New Year, but arrived on a social package earlier). Prices are jacked up on everything, even entertainment programs are paid (for the first time I see this in a sanatorium). 450 rub. for 20 minutes in the mineral pool or 750 rubles. for a bath is too much. Doctor's consultation for the pool - 550 rubles. , I was not examined for fungus. In the pool, no one monitors the quality of washing (many are only rinsing), they are allowed without caps.
