Отпуск во Владимире Vacation in Vladimir

Traveled with my husband in July of this year. Liked the hotel. The choice was conscious, the room was booked in advance. Despite some remoteness from the center of Vladimir, we stopped here also because of the opportunity to admire the panorama of the Cathedral Hill every day.
The restaurant of the Gladiator Hotel is beyond praise. Having tried their cuisine, thoughts of having dinner somewhere in the city disappeared immediately. Special thanks to the waitress Julia. A wonderful, attentive and helpful girl.
But still, despite the magnificent interior, there are small remarks about the room itself. First, there was no extractor fan in the room. At all. It looks like it wasn't planned. The towels in the shower didn't dry overnight. In addition, in such a hot and stuffy summer, there was frankly not enough air. The window didn't help. Secondly: although the room is nice and clean, in my opinion it is not very suitable for a long stay. There is literally nowhere to hang clothes. There are no chairs, only two stools by the bed. There are 2 hangers in the closet. Therefore, they kept their summer vacation wardrobe in travel bags. Not very comfortable. Especially when you consider that there is no room for ironing. I asked for an iron at the reception, they happily escorted me to the back room, but the administrator girl, who was on duty the next day, took my request to use the iron suspiciously and very reluctantly asked me to be taken to this very back room by one of the employees. Thirdly: in the shower, all our jars-bottles simply had nowhere to put. And the curtain fell all the time. Also, the room was never cleaned. They didn't even throw out the trash.

Actually, this is all that made our vacation uncomfortable. In general, I liked the hotel. Perhaps on our next trip to Vladimir we will stop there.
