Very good hotel but...

Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For a relaxing holiday; For business travel; For recreation with friends, for young people
Let's start with the fact that I could not find a suitable hotel on the Internet. Either it seemed to me too expensive, then it was far from the center, then the reviews were too unflattering. Finally, I made up my mind and booked a double room + on-line at the Vladimir Hotel. I received an email confirmation of my booking the next morning. On Saturday morning, I packed my things and rushed with my husband by train to Vladimir. We arrived at 12:00. The polite girl at the reception called the rooms and found out which rooms were ready and which ones weren't. It turned out that ours had not yet been cleaned, and the maid had started cleaning the wrong ones for which there was a reservation. but from free ones. The problem was quickly fixed and we were offered an equivalent room. They still have a parking lot, although I didn’t understand whether it was paid or not, but it seemed to me that it was free.
We were given hotel guest cards and a magnetic card to enter the room. We went up to the room and, in fact, what we saw did not surprise us, because. The room was exactly like the photos on the hotel website. Nice quiet interior: two single beds, TV, minibar in the refrigerator and nuts with chocolates (for a fee), bedside tables, wardrobes, etc. The room had a good bathroom and clean linens.
We left our things in the room and went downstairs, asked the girl at the reception for Vladimir's card, which was immediately given to us for free.

After walking around, we returned to the room. Having told the girl at the reception that we were leaving early in the morning, we received an answer that breakfast can be obtained with dry rations.
We went to the restaurant to have dinner and get breakfast to go. Going into the restaurant, we did not understand this restaurant or how. Those. the restaurant, of course, outwardly was very decent, but there were no visitors in it. We decided to take the risk and sat down at a table. In general, the restaurant is not bad, we ate at 1300 with dessert, but without alcohol. By the way, a few more people came up after us. And then there was live music in the face of a singing young man. After the meal, we went to the administrator and, after 5 minutes of waiting, they brought us dry rations (sandwiches, tomatoes, yogurt, juice, an apple and an orange).
By the way, if you wish, you can order food in the room.
And now let's move on to the "But" stated in the title. In the hotel, we were beaten all the time by the elevator button and some other metal parts, and once even the bed hit me. Not fatal, but still annoying!
With all due respect, to the hotel I hope this is a temporary problem and everything will be fixed.
But in general, quite worthy!
