The hotel is pleasantly clean, the staff is helpful, the children were cozy and comfortable, we often travel with relatives with the whole family, I can say this is one of the best hotels in Russia.

Service at the highest level (I would give 4 * !!! ), registered quickly, stayed in a room of the "comfort" category, clean, which is important, a cozy room, with good new furniture, and a teapot (a trifle, but nice. The price included breakfast, a buffet (very nothing, everything is delicious), in addition, I had to eat at the hotel bar a couple of times, the kitchen is just excellent! In general, the hotel pleased and pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff , at any time ready to fulfill my request, very fast and free wi-fi!! ! In general, well done!
