Hotel in Yaroslavl: 4 stars - is it possible?

Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For a relaxing holiday; For business travel; For families with children; For recreation with friends, for young people
We booked the hotel through a call to the operator from Moscow to Yaroslavl. We wrote down the reservation code and arrived in a couple of days at the place. The hotel is in a good location, near McDonald's - which, pardon the irony, is very relevant - there are practically no good places to eat in Yaroslavl! (We found only two - the restaurant "Poplavok" with Moscow prices and very tasty Russian food in the restaurant for foreigners "Collection").
But now about the hotel - it looks quite modern, like a good two-room apartment in Egypt or Turkey. The pool is small, the top layer of water is covered with fat and hair - they began to swim with me.
We were put in a smoking room by default. The smell was wrong. But everything is pretty clean, enough towels, even slippers.
Breakfast - a hodgepodge of the usual European buffet - with cereal and toast and cold cuts, plus there were chicken wings, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereals, eggs. There are also fruits and juices.

We really liked the comfortable bed with the expensive Consul mattress (I climbed in on purpose to see what kind of magic mattress it was). Service at the hotel sucks - payment immediately upon arrival is the time. Second, they don't give you a receipt for payment unless you ask for it! Do not forget, otherwise, how will you prove later that you paid at all ? ! And the third - even if you hang a sign in the afternoon do not disturb, first the maid will call you to ask if she is really so lucky and your room is not cleaned up today, and then they will call the reception and also ask the same current in two hours!
In general, since there is no alternative for a more or less civilized holiday, stay there.
