We rested with guests in this hotel in October 2015. We booked almost half of the hotel rooms. When leaving the hotel, due to negligence, one of the guests left personal belongings, including 4 envelopes with money. We returned to the hotel literally 15 minutes after check out. The room was no longer allowed, things were given at the front desk, the envelopes with money were removed and sealed in one large envelope. For three days we waited for a response from the hotel management, as a result, the head of this hotel refused to assist in the search for the culprit, explaining that we ourselves were to blame for leaving things.
