However, the evening before departure was unforgettable: upon coming to the room, I saw that someone was in it. the garbage, however, was not removed and the towels were not changed, but they took the hairdryer out of the room and climbed over things. to my direct questions, I was told by the same lady in a rude manner that the people from the suite needed a hairdryer, and I would dry anyway. well, and a lot more. the neighbors from the suite were surprised, they gave me a hair dryer and they didn’t need it, judging by the conversation. but the hostess did it on purpose. why is not clear. Of course, I turned to Rospotreb because this is not a service, but some kind of horror. The owner of the building is there around the clock (almost lives), roams the corridors at night and during the day like the shadow of Hamlet's father, watches the guests, does not interfere in anything and discusses the guests behind the eyes with the hostess (I heard it myself). I feel like these people are mentally ill. After checking Rospotreb and revealed violations with the imposition of fines, they began to write threatening letters to me and send them to the registration address indicated in the passport (they made a photocopy upon check-in), thereby violating the Law on Personal Data.
