I came to this hotel with my wife and two children.
Everything happened literally on the second day after our arrival. At four in the morning, when we were sleeping, the villa ...suddenly collapsed on our heads! The luxurious bungalow instantly fell apart into pieces of concrete and wood. Part of the concrete roof, falling, demolished a 100-kilogram door, flew into the room and fell onto the bed where we slept. A heavy beam fell a centimeter from my wife's head. If it weren’t for the console standing at the head, the wife would no longer be alive, her head would simply be flattened. We called the doctors and the general manager of the hotel, who at first did not even want to go because it was too early. But when the manager nevertheless arrived, he almost burst into tears. The hotel administration started running, got worried, promised to relocate dear guests and pay them a penalty. But until now, our family has not received a penny!
We hired a lawyer, collected the necessary documents, but so far we have not been able to achieve any compensation. Representatives of the Russian company World adventures, which sold us the tour, said that it was the hotel's fault. Like, let him pay. The hotel is owned by a South African company.
