The price includes only accommodation (rarely breakfast). Everything else is there, but for an additional fee (i. e. past the cash desk and taxes).
There is no WIFI in the rooms, but if I were the hostess of the hotel, I would not do this either. Rest should be complete! Well, if... , then in the comfortable hotel lobby you will get the opportunity to contact the outside world.
