Заказывала за 2 дня до получения 24 августа 2017 года на сайте Cars-Scanner. com автомашину. Искала самую дешевую, но с автоматом на срок 14 дней в Словении в аэропорту Любляна (чтобы взять и сдать в одном месте) на 1 водителя. Выбор пал на « Volkswagen Golf или аналог МАЛОГАБАРИТНЫЙ АВТОМОБИЛЬ» . Из всех представленных компаний на сайте самый дешевый вариант был у компании Inter rent (разница в цене с evropcar в 2 раза, там самая низкая цена была 24 тыщи за « VW POLO 1.2 AC или подобный» ).
Бронь была подтверждена сразу при заказе, я перевела 1.643 рублей с ДЕБЕТОВОЙ карты Сбербанка. Пришел ваучер, в котором было указание его ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО распечатать, что я и сделала.
Пока было время по дороге в Москву - прочитала много не лесных отзывов о компании Inter rent, о том, как обдирают, и очень очень переживала.
В ваучере было указано время прилета самолета, и время получения/сдачи авто. 26 августа в аэропорте Любляны (благо он очень маленький) сразу нашла офис (1 минута), где меня уже ждал с документами менеджер, который откопировали мои права (других документов не спрашивали), я поставила свои подписи на бумажках, с КРЕДИТНОЙ карты он заблокировал сумму в размере 1200 евро, рассказал (причем, я очень плохо понимаю/говорю на английском, но все поняла) о все нюансах (на все ушло не более 8 минут): в частности:
из суммы залога снимут деньги за виньетку (это в Словении за пользование платными дорогами берут со всех (ты или сам бегаешь ищешь где ее купить, или просто оплачиваешь в офисе. цена одинаковая, а в офисе - нет проблем с поисками и правильным приклеиванием), и путешествуешь по стране, не сталкиваясь с постами оплаты за дороги, в отличие от Италии, Хорватии, России). уточнила что будет, если мы выедем с территории Словении в Хорватию и Италию - ответил, что нужно будет позвонить по указанному в бумажке телефон, и потом спишут сумму от 12 до 60 евро за выезд за пределы Словении. И далее он проводил меня к подземной парковке, где стоял НОВЫЙ МЕРСЕДЕС! ! ! ДИЗЕЛЬ!! ! ! с пробегом чуть больше 5 тыщ. км (только обкатку прошел) и запахом новой машины в салоне. Я была в восторге от новой блестящей игрушки. Сразу же всю ее обсмотрела, нашла мааааленький скол краски на дверце, сфотографировала, показала менеджеру - он сразу занес на бумажку, сказав что это ерунда, но если это для меня важно, он сделает пометку.
Никаких неудобств с использованием этой машины я не испытывала, только в нее влюбилась по уши, если соберусь менять своего коня, то на мерс i200. Но признаюсь, что с автомагнитолой так и не разобрались.... все некогда было (хотя пару раз радио включали)... возможно там и навигатор был... но я в свой айфон вставила купленную в аэропорту карту интернет за 10 евро на 4 ГБ (продаются на всех заправках и др. общественных местах без паспорта), и она пахала 17 дней без устали, показывая или дороги или детям мультики, и даже в Италии и Хорватии. А подключенный на МТС тариф " безлимитище" - так и не смог открыть ни гугл карты ни разу, ни выйти в контакт - все подвисал (зазря только деньги потратила, об этой услуге жалею).
Арендованную машину продевала моя подруга на 3 дня (со сменой водителя), т. к. я уезжала раньше, а она еще оставалась (до момента бронирования не могла она определится – нужна ей будет машина или нет). Мы просто позвонили по телефону, договорились, что 8 сентября (время истечения моего первого договора), мы приедем, переоформим бумаги. По телефону мы встречу переносили 2 раза (с 15 на 20 часов), т. к. решили пройтись по магазинам в последние часы.... и менеджер ждал нас терпеливо (рабочий день у них заканчивается в 18.00… . )
Переоформление заняло 5 минут. Он просто ее вписал, и озвучил сумму доп. аренды.
Сдавала машину подруга, накануне пропылесосив ее за 1.5 евро на заправке в Любляне, и ополоснув водой из 5-ти литровой канистры (место, где продавались жетоны на мойку было в выходной закрыто на ключ, и она фантазировала как могла). Машину сдала с полным баком. Сдавала ее 5 минут (по-быстрому посмотрели, что все хорошо), и она рассчиталась моей кредитной картой (на которой были заблокированы деньги), т. к. свои деньги все к тому моменту ужо потратила... Следует отметить, что заблокированные деньги пришли через 3 ДНЯ!!! .
Мои транспортные расходы по Словении всего на 17 дней со сменой водителя, пробегом 2780 км:
1. Аренда авто 1.643 рублей.
2. Виньетка 3358 рублей (47.16 евро за 17 дней).
3. Доп аренда 3 дня/ смена водителя 2986 (41.94 евро).
4. Бензин ВСЕГО 8841 рубль.
5. Парковка 5200 рублей.
6. Платные дороги Хорватии-Италии 1.890 рублей.
Никаких дополнительных денег за выезд за пределы страны, за большой пробег с нас не взяли!!! .
Для своего сына специально привезла из России бустер, чтобы не платить дополнительно 2100 рублей за аренду и спец удерживающее устройство на ремень безопасности. Там все и оставила (т. к. купить у нас дешевле, чем там арендовать).
Довольна компанией, через которую заказывала, и которая предоставила авто прозрачностью отношений, никакого обмана, нигде не приписали лишних денег, работали четко, оперативно, отзывчиво, терпеливо нас ждали и отвечали на все вопросы.

The voucher indicated the time of arrival of the aircraft, and the time of receipt / delivery of the car. On August 26, at the Ljubljana airport (fortunately it is very small), I immediately found an office (1 minute), where the manager was already waiting for me with documents, who copied my rights (they didn’t ask for other documents), I put my signatures on pieces of paper, he blocked the CREDIT card the amount of 1200 euros, told (moreover, I understand / speak English very poorly, but I understood everything) about all the nuances (it took no more than 8 minutes): in particular:
the money for the vignette will be withdrawn from the amount of the deposit (in Slovenia they take from everyone for using toll roads (you either run around looking for where to buy it yourself, or you just pay at the office. The price is the same, but in the office there are no problems with finding and correct gluing), and you travel around the country without encountering toll booths, unlike in Italy, Croatia, Russia). specified what would happen if we left the territory of Slovenia for Croatia and Italy - he answered that he would need to call the phone number indicated on the piece of paper, and then they would debit the amount from 12 to 60 euros for leaving Slovenia. And then he took me to the underground parking, where there was a NEW MERCEDES!! ! DIESEL!!! ! with a little more than 5 thousand miles. km (only run-in passed) and the smell of a new car in the cabin. I was delighted with the new shiny toy. I immediately examined it all, found a small chip of paint on the door, photographed it, showed it to the manager - he immediately put it on a piece of paper, saying that it was nonsense, but if it was important to me, he would make a note.
I didn’t experience any inconvenience using this car, only I fell head over heels in love with it, if I’m going to change my horse, then for the Merc i200. But I confess that they never figured out the car radio....everything was once (although the radio was turned on a couple of times)... maybe there was a navigator there... but I inserted an Internet card bought at the airport for 10 euros into my iPhone 4 GB (sold at all gas stations and other public places without a passport), and she plowed for 17 days tirelessly, showing either roads or cartoons to children, and even in Italy and Croatia. And the "unlimited" tariff connected to MTS - could not open either Google maps even once, or get in touch - everything hung up (I just spent money in vain, I regret this service).
My friend rented a car for 3 days (with a change of driver), because I left earlier, and she still stayed (until the time of booking, she could not decide whether she would need a car or not). We just made a phone call and agreed that on September 8 (the time of the expiration of my first contract), we would come and re-register the papers. By phone, we postponed the meeting 2 times (from 15 to 20 hours), because we decided to go shopping in the last hours....and the manager was waiting for us patiently (their working day ends at 18.00....)
The update took 5 minutes. He just entered it, and announced the amount of extra. rent.
A friend rented a car, having vacuumed it the day before for 1.5 euros at a gas station in Ljubljana, and rinsing it with water from a 5-liter canister (the place where the tokens for washing were sold was closed on the weekend, and she fantasized as best she could). Returned the car with a full tank. I rented it out for 5 minutes (we quickly looked that everything was fine), and she paid with my credit card (on which the money was blocked), because by that time she had already spent all her money... It should be noted that the blocked money came in 3 days!! ! .
My travel expenses in Slovenia for only 17 days with a change of driver, mileage 2780 km:
1. Car rental 1.643 rubles.
2. Vignette 3358 rubles (47.16 euros for 17 days).
3. Additional rent 3 days / driver change 2986 (41.94 euros).
4. Gasoline ONLY 8841 rubles.

We were not charged any extra money for traveling outside the country, for high mileage!! ! .
For my son, I specially brought a booster from Russia so as not to pay an additional 2.100 rubles for rent and a special restraint device for a seat belt. She left everything there (because buying from us is cheaper than renting there).
I am satisfied with the company through which I ordered, and which provided the car with transparency of relations, no deception, no extra money was attributed anywhere, they worked clearly, promptly, responsively, patiently waited for us and answered all questions.
