The description says the size of a standard room is 22 sq. m. It is not true! Maximum 16 m. Parking for cars does not meet the standards. The rooms are dirty. Mold. Rusty pipes. The walls are dirty. The corners in the rooms are broken off. The central bar is reminiscent of a buffet at the Kazan railway station of the 70s. Spa rooms are more for "excuses" made. For breakfast 1 cheese. The coffee tastes terrible. Flies are besieging the tables. Vegetables, in order to gain weight, are fried in flour. Like cheap Chinese restaurants. The price of the hotel included free admission to the city's swimming pools, more than half of which were closed for repairs. And this is in the middle of the summer season! Even the use of water from the source demanded 10 euros per day. And that's for 3 cups. Repair work was carried out in the buildings of the hotel, regardless of the time of day.
None of the parameters of the hotel correspond to 4 stars. ! There was little opportunity to dine or relax in the surroundings. In the vicinity of the town there were no signs at all for those who like to wander through the forests. Procedures were overpriced. I am a German physiotherapist by profession.
