I was at the hotel from December 30.2010 to January 08.2011, New Year's dinner at the restaurant turned into a scandal and a scam!! ! So disgusting I did not spend the rest and especially the New Year's banquet. The pre-booked restaurant turned out to be inaccessible to all Russian speakers, Slovaks (friends and relatives of the hotel management) and Germans were accommodated there, and all Russian speakers were driven into a poorly heated SKI bar in the basement of the hotel, note the price for a banquet from my family, and from other Slovenes it was higher than in "Druzhba" and "GRAND JASNE" (for a family of 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) - 410 euros. In the restaurant itself on the ground floor of the hotel there was live music and performance of artists, and downstairs in the SKI bar only there were tables and music from the speakers, and it was really cold (the ski bar is actually designed so that skiers can enter the bar in boots directly from the street). In general, all Russian speakers were treated like cattle. All my attempts to get management to get my family a table in a restaurant and not in a bar!!!!! ! , as it was written in the contract "New Year's dinner at the restaurant" were not successful. Little of !! ! I was advised "to get out of the hotel to my SOCIALIST homeland and not to spoil European Slovakia with my presence !!!!!! " (and these are the words of the main manager of the hotel !!!!!! ) I contacted the tour operator ("PILGRIM-M" g. Kyiv) and after an hour of scandals they promised me to return the money for the Banquet and the Director of the hotel set up security near my room to control whether my family would listen to music in the hotel lobby, since we refused the banquet !!! ! This is just disgusting!!!!!!!!!! ! Four hours before the New Year, I turned to the neighboring DRUZHBA hotel - where my family and my friends were received with joy - they also found a place in the hotel restaurant and had a great New Year!! ! Bow to the Managers of the DRUZHBA Hotel!!!!!! ! And the FIS 4 * hotel scandal did not end, the money was never returned to us !!!! ! - threw simply speaking!!!! ! the next day it turned out that the General Manager of the hotel turned out to not know English, and he didn’t know Russian either, so he couldn’t communicate with us and insult us either, and he couldn’t promise to return the money for the banquet if we left the hotel during the banquet, he could not!!! ! since he, poor thing, speaks only Slovak, it turned out that he could not speak with the tour operator and even he was misunderstood in the Slovak travel agency, which also took part in this scandal, probably Slovakia has several official languages and the Director and General Manager of the hotel did not own all state. languages. As a result, the money was not returned, the mood was spoiled, they were rude - as in an ordinary soviet zabigalovka - IF YOU WANT TO SPILL YOUR HOLIDAY AND THE IMPRESSION OF THE REST, visit the FIS 4 * hotel.
