An excellent choice for young people and lovers of apart-hotels with good service.

We rested in Strbske Pleso for only a couple of days, since we also visited Stary Smokovec. What can I say about the resort itself. It certainly wins in comparison with Smokovec, it is more lively, more fun and there are more activities in it. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the train station, offers a gorgeous view of the mountains and the lake from the balcony.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the train station, offers a gorgeous view of the mountains and the lake from the balcony. But far from the ski lifts. . . Walk for about 15 minutes, although it did not bother us. The cleanliness of the hotel, beauty, everything is at a decent level. At the reception they try to understand Russian, everyone will prompt and help. Breakfasts are included, they are good, but the range is bonal. For a room of 100 euros per night, I wanted a more varied breakfast even every other day... Our room was a studio, excellent, spacious with a gorgeous view (ask for upper floors), the room had a kitchen, a microwave, a kettle, all appliances, a mini bar, safe, hair dryer and everything. In general, if you want comfort, cleanliness, Wi-Fi, then you are here. But also Crocus, Patria, and several other hotels in this price category are no worse.
As for the resort itself, there are 6 slides, there are chairlifts for 3 and 5 seats, and there are ski lifts, and there are for children. I'll throw off the photo of the price list of the lifts!
