We had a great rest. Flight by plane to Poprad itself. At the airport we were met by a small minibus and brought to the hotel. Despite the fact that the hotel is two stars - in the interior of the hotel everything is usually without frills. At first, the first impression covers you that you are in Ukraine (in the Crimea in the most ordinary hotel).

We had a great rest. Flight by plane to Poprad itself. At the airport we were met by a small minibus and brought to the hotel. Despite the fact that the hotel is two stars - in the interior of the hotel everything is usually without frills. At first, the first impression covers you that you are in Ukraine (in the Crimea in the most ordinary hotel). But at the same time, the hotel impresses with its cleanliness, well-groomed, neatness!! ! Let's say we were put in a room, even if the chalk is not new, but wooden (good), everywhere is clean, there are no stains anywhere. In addition to two wide beds, there is also a sofa with a table in the room. A nice exit to the balcony, where you can take pictures and look at the gorgeous views of Slovak nature. Silence around! The sound of winter birds. And the nights did surprise us! Returning home in the evening, we could not take our eyes off the sky. It's so beautiful that it's impossible to put it into words! Like white nights! And the stars are so bright and seem so close that you really see the outlines of the constellations! Unparalleled beauty! We lived in the hotel (we only had breakfast in the morning). Every day the food is the same. These are various pastries, croissants. . . , various types of feta cheese, hard, with mold, sausages, sausages, eggs, breakfast cereals, butter, potatoes. . To be honest, I ate blue cheese for a long time and with great pleasure. You will never leave hungry. True sausages and sausages in different types of soy (well, their specific foreign, not the same as ours! ). 200-300 meters, well, about five minutes walk from the hotel, you climb the hill and the cable car to the ski slopes begins. With several stops (green, blue, the last red track on the mountain from the level of difficulty), but you need to buy a ticket. And you get up in the trailer. Here you can relax right on the mountain in a cafe and eat and drink. As we got used to the track, my husband and I began to borzet a little. Now we squeeze beer, then winchika, for warming. Very good selection of food. That is, if you are hungry, you can eat and warm up and run to the signature (in the sense of m / f). And in the evening there were various restaurants (for dinner they left 10-15 there, I just don’t remember euros or dollars. But at that time in Ukraine it was more expensive to eat. They cook various dishes very tasty there and salmon, and meat and their national strudels, I really liked the wines. Everything in the restaurants is beautiful, very cozy! Near the hotel - in the sense of a 10-minute walk to restaurants, there were about 6 or 7 pieces. And small private shops. You can buy gifts for your family there. There is even a clinic nearby, but the service is expensive. The husband unsuccessfully flew down the mountain, as a result of a concussion. . . so we paid 100 dollars for the reception. So go ahead and you won't regret it! And it's better not to take food at the hotel in restaurants, food is much tastier - like homemade! Do not worry, eat in restaurants is not expensive! Of course, if you drink three-liter jars. You can see that they cook with love! It’s not like we have more money to rip off and it’s not clear from which city. cook! It's cool there in Slovakia! And the Tatra Mountains are a real indescribable fairy tale. As they say, must see! When you look at this beauty it seems that you are in Sweden. You feel like you are in a fairy tale!! ! The mountains are very high and rocky. We don’t have such people in western Ukraine (everything is in vegetation - firs, smereka). Moreover, in a 15-20 minute drive there is a huge water park. Buy a ticket and hang out all day. Imagine an outdoor pool, you are swimming in warm water in the open air, and there is indescribably gorgeous nature around, in a word, magical winter! You look around at the fir trees and you can only imagine how old they are. Such huge crowns. And squirrels are just my delight. They are completely different than our proteins! They are very agile and skittish. They won’t just run up and take food from their hands, at the slightest movement they simply disappear! Squirrels are incomparably beautiful - they have a blue fur coat (edges)! I have never seen such squirrels in real life! So go and you will get a lot of impressions and a huge portion of the freshest mountain air!!! ! I forgot to say that the Slovaks are a cultured, polite people. I can say that the Tatras are better - there can only be TATRAS !! !

The hotel is located next to the park area, and at night right at the entrance deer walk! ! ! ! ! Super beauties. The hotel itself - 2 stars and not even +. But if you take into account that you only sleep in the rooms, and spend all the rest of your time in nature, then you don't need anything better!
